I can confirm Symphony Solarium Bistro is still all buffet for dinner - no separate entree ordering (unless you want to pay a charge for the few special entrees). Ate there last night and was happy to see it remains all buffet. Of course they have waiters to bring drinks, etc.

Most people don't seem to know that this exists. 😉
DaniDanielle Posted January 12, 2020 #90 Share Posted January 12, 2020 We were always able to eat there without reservations. Breakfast and lunch are a scaled down Windjammer!
relaxlynn Posted January 12, 2020 #91 Share Posted January 12, 2020 A Solarium Bistro question with a twist. For anyone who has sailed on Quantum and Ovation, is the Solarium Bistro a Hot Pot restaurant in the evening when sailing from Singapore? toad455 Posted January 13, 2020 #97 Share Posted January 13, 2020 The Solarium Bistro is a nice, quiet alternative to the main dining room. The menu may not offer as much but it's worth the change that the MDR offers. Yes, the appetizers are buffet, but if you want something less hectic, I'd highly suggest it.
