ownedbypets Posted August 13, 2021 #25977 Share Posted August 13, 2021 My day has been rough and the drama of dealing with contractors is long so I won't bore you with that but I did have a good laugh at my sons expense. He works in the main office for another cruise line but has been in the UK for weeks to help launch the ship. With him being terrified of needles I was surprised that he got a tattoo. I got a pic of it followed by a pic of him when he passed out. Then a thumbs up pic with cold towels on his head. 4

I feel sorry for the people at the Kutztown fair in this weather. Oh my goodness...the Kutztown fair!! My mom brought me the first time to the fair on one of her bus trips. The last time I was there, Jim, my brother, myself, and our one year old daughter had gone. My mom had brought one of the twins (I don't know why her sisters didn't go) on another bus trip there, and my daughter came home with a beautiful wooden calendar, where you change the months and days. I use it to this day..it hangs in our living room. It always reminds me of mom when I change the months,

I didn't take picture of the ingredients for day 2, but I think it's similar as day 6 of this picture. The first time I had frittata was when our daughter was a Freshman at Oswego State College and it was served for breakfast on Campus. Years ago I used to date a man called Fred. That did not work out. After him I met the man of my dreams and this past Tuesday we celebrated our 30th. wedding anniversary. Yup it was fun driving home from Columbus in a car on our anniversary. We originally planned to be on the Allure starting this weekend, but cancelled with all the cruise uncertainty at that time and booked Disney. The drive this weekend could be wet and wild, but "It is what it is". We are getting up at OMG 3am. to be on the road by 4am. Hopefully make it to Georgia where we booked a room for the night. Growing up our family always did car trips, me and my brothers were the back seat drivers and Mom and Dad up front. We used to take a cooler and had water, pop and sandwiches at rest areas for lunch to save time and money. Well, reliving my childhood memories. I have ice ready to put in the cooler. Sandwiches will be made and ready to go. A snack bag of unhealthy treats. Water and pop chillin. Suitcases almost ready. If my phone behaves I will attempt to post some of our travels. Pray for safety. Happy Anniversary Sue, to you and your DH. I hope the weather cooperates and you have a wonderful time at Disney! 8 hours ago, Sunshine3601 said: Eric watched the game. My biggest bargain was in 1988 we booked a week in St Kitts at Jack Tarr a very inexpensive A/I cost was 350 a person including airfare many others we talked to paid a thousand. Liked the black sand beaches and the fact there were more monkeys than people on the island. We got the cheap fare because I booked it a week before we were leaving.
