Speaking of test kits, we both tested negative!!  If George can bring our suitcases down the stairs without breaking a leg we’ll be on our way to Florida shortly!!  (I’d love to live in a house with a ground floor master bedroom…)

YAY!  You two can do the happy dance too!   I wish both you and George a wonderful cruise with beautiful weather and good health.

My Mom used to pack small items upstairs then bring cases to 1st floor and pack there to avoid having to bring full luggage down the steps.

Then when she got home she would unload clothing on 1st floor to go to washer in basement.

My top three non-wine drinks are Mojito, Cosmopolitan and Painkiller (in no particular order).  For wine I’m  a Sauvignon Blanc girl, just cannot drink red wine.

Mojito is always my go to drink when on land or sea.  I also like mules with Belvederre or Grey Goose vodka.  At sea I like an occassion caribbean mule or rum punch with shot of kraken ontop.  Watermelon or chocolate martinis are good too if you want something sweet.

I'm excited to try an espresso martini with Baileys on my next cruise.  I have never had a painkiller and will try that too!

This Debbie does not like red wine either.  I like a German Riesling or an Italian Pinot Grigio.

Wow! My list keeps growing good thing we have vouchers and free drinks in casino!

Have either if you tried a frozen mojito?  Have only had them on a ship but good fir a change on a pool day.  Also the frozen lemonade is a good one.

As for wine I will drink most all, just not real sweet ones.

No I did not get a new computer yet. Got tired of all those *s so I'm on my cell.  I also got the Cc crud on my laptop and have to sign in. You can see which letters are in my user name plus they're in my password! Takes forever to type on this tiny keyboard but at least it's functional.

25 degrees and freezing rain here.  Lovely...not.

Enjoying relaxing at home and hanging out in here.

Maryann have a Miami Vice for me without the brain freeze 🍹

I love red wine. Unfortunately, it does not love me.  After 2 glasses, it's guaranteed that I'll get no more than 3 hours sleep & have a fuzzy headache the next day.  Therefore, I can only drink red wine twice a week. 😇

I love  a good Riesling. My BIL lives in the Finger Lakes Wine country, right smack dab in the middle of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail with a couple dozen wineries of all sizes and shapes within a 30 minute drive. The region specializes Riesling since the climate & soil conditions are similar to Germany (so I'm told).  I usually make 4 or 5 long weekend trips up to his place every year.

Ah, whom am I kidding. I love pretty much all wine, just not the icky sweet ones.

I have the same issue with red wine, and also live in the finger lakes we are starting to have some really great riesling, as well as sparkling brut.  It certainly is fun to go around the lakes and do tastings

I lived in Northeastern PA for many years and we'd take a Finger Lakes wine tasting trip at least once a year.  It was interesting seeing the difference between the large, corporate Taylor winery (not sure it still exists) and the small VERY independent Bully Hill winery.

For those who suffer from red wine headaches, it's potentially due to the tannins in many red wines.  Pinot Noir is usually lower in tannins, especially when compared to a Cab.  Try a Pinot and see if you feel any different.

It's been awhile since I've had a frozen mojito, usually get the traditional one.  Now I had to add a frozen mojito to my list for next cruise🤩

There is a winery near me called Sand Castle that had a good riesling.  I will have to see if they are still around.

Red wines bother my stomach and I just never found one that I liked as much as the whites.

Thank you again, Debbie..the fun will begin as soon as I walk onto the ship, and then when I get my first drink on board.  I have a nice drink list to take care of!😉

Happy Crusing!!

66 degrees right now in RI, tomorrow’s high is supposed to be 36 🤨.  Friday we’ll have “plowable” snow.  That must be the new way of predicting snowfall when you have no idea how much.

Funny, on the radio, the weatherman referred to getting "plowable" snow tonight to which the radio DJ replied "What is unplowable snow? I shudder to think how much snow has to fall before it becomes unplowable !" LOL

I just finished watching.I am still rooting for Ryan and Dusty.

That sure was a struggle for them looking through the rocks.  I think it’s funny when AR tries to make it look like the couple in last place has a chance to catch up in the end.  It was more than obvious last night.

All those free tests and test kits have been paid for by US tax payers and those who pay medical isurance premiums.

Yup, as well as the people that got extended unemployment and stimulus checks.     And business, hospitals, schools, etc etc.  Impossible to balance that budget but we will wont get into that!

You took the words right out of my mouth.

Some of these I have no idea what they are such as Dirty Monkey or Love Connection.    I have some homework to do😃
