Is removal from our Pending Cruises list an indication of upcoming refund?

The two August cruises cancelled by Royal last week were finally removed from our Pending Cruises list at different times yesterday.  Does this indicate the refunds are being processed and will show up soon?

I don't think those issues correlate with refunds.

You may probably get 2 FCCs is in lieu of the cancelled Cruises.
Cruise lines will try their best to avoid cash payment .

How long before we should receive future cruise credit after calling and requesting?   Our New England cruise in October was cancelled by RC last month.

Just my opinion, I'd request a refund instead.  The extra 25% may end up being meaningless, not worth the risk vs. getting cash back.

I don't think so... my cruises disappeared immediately and still took a while for refunds.

My two weren't removed until about a week before we received our refunds.  So, very possible. Some here are guessing, but I've experienced it.

Indeed.  I requested   a refund for every cruise RCCL  cancelled  and received FCC for EVERY one.  Had to then call  back ( or the TA for one) and  request the refund.  Then of course had  another wait period.  

 

I did finally get all the  refunds.  The cruises were from March-May .

Ours was about two weeks after removal for our May cruise.

I cancelled a cruise on  Apr. 14, it was off the list in less than a week, but I'm still waiting for my deposit refund.

Took less than 3 weeks to refund my deposit for a Canada/New England itinerary canceled by Royal.

Took me 3 1/2 months for the refund of port charges and taxes and 2 1/2 months to get FCC for fare. Full refund was not an option because I cancelled a week before Royal cancelled the cruise and those were the rules at the time ( literally changed overnight).
