If you google, lots of news outlets are reporting this. I can't seem to locate a link to the actual letter yet, but this was apparently issued to cruiselines yesterday afternoon. The reported letter includes a revision to the test cruise requirements, etc.

I don't know. I think it's an ox. It could be an equine ox, ursine ox, bovine ox, or even a boat ox, but it's still an ox. You can tell because it plows (through waves). Oxen are much better than horses for plowing. And Celebrity ships now resemble Babe, a large blue ox. Yeah, the more I think about it, it's an ox.
