Dar & Bob Posted October 24, 2021 #1 Share Posted October 24, 2021 We’ve been having medallion issues and now this morning I logged into Princess.com and we have no cruises showing. Anyone else experiencing this? I’m hoping that some one is working on redoing our cruises so that they work with the medallion since we were told our issues had been escalated. Spoke to a nice lady who said it was her first day back on the phones in over a year. She'd been moved to the office to do all the processing of cancelled cruises. Hopefully as they move staff back to the phones, the wait times will be better. I only waited about 10 min. She asked me if I knew about Medallion for completing my cruise info. You are now logged in to Princess.com Processing... When I click on My Account, I get: Welcome undefined! Log Out Nothing else works. I guess I'll log out, who ever I is.
