 It does not matter as you will be boarding on the same deck as all the other passengers.

I think it might matter to a person with mobility issues.  If you're on Deck 10 and the embarkation is deck 4, the stairs might prove a challenge and prior arrangements may have to be made.

There are  . . . elevators on the ships.

No ships embark on deck 10.

In my limited experience, there hasn’t been a line. Just a blocked off area with a sign that says suites, which you are directed to.
