Are you being sarcastic?  Not sure Jay Leno and younger guests align.... I'm doubtful many in the 20-30 age group really get much out of Jay Leno being linked to Carnival... my 2 cents...

The reasoning is that the ship already has a godmother from when it was christened for Costa a few years ago, so now it will have a god father too

I imagine they put in Jay's contract that he isn't allowed to spontaneously combust.

Will probably be the only ship ive sailed where ill remember who the godperson is.  

 

I know ive read it on plaques before on sea days but for the life of me i dont recall a single one.

The Symphony of the Seas was the World's largest cruise ship at the time it was christened and when the press release was published (May 10, 2018)..

 

That doesn't change the fact that she had a 'Godfamily' instead of a Godmother or even a Godfather.

According to the press release Jay Leno is currently the producer and host of Jay Leno's Garage. I thought CNBC cancelled the show 3 or 4 months ago (around the time of his accident while working on one of his cars).
