When the real Captain's away, the crew tends to stray.....

No, just a relatively new cabin attendant who was overwhelmed with the number of cabins & suites he had to keep up with.

Gotcha...Last trip our attendant was actually sweating trying to keep up with his increased workload....  But she does run a tight ship...

We were in a PH on Equinox in September, no lip balm and chocolate only the 1st night.  We did get the truffles on evening chic nights. Our butler kept me supplied with ice for my foot and champagne and wine to take away the pain.🥰

We are on Beyond now.

We have lip balm in the bathroom and pillow chocolates every night.

We are in an S1 sky suite. In Fort Lauderdale we went to the Retreat boarding area where we were met by a lovely Retreat host who escorted us onboard. We briefly met the Retreat manager and was then taken to our room by the head butler. Is this normal for sky suite guests these days? This has never happened to us before when sailing in sky suites.

Are they still providing slippers and tote bag?

We are in a SS1 now on Beyond and if either of these two items are in the cabin we missed them. Funny, my wife bought her Celebrity bag from our Beyond cruise 12 months ago.

We just returned to our cabin and DW found four pairs of slippers. If anyone is currently on Beyond we have two pairs of your slippers. Could not find a bag or lip balms.

Did not realize Sky Suites got escorted or Robes to take home - Bonus

Roll on March 11th - Beyond 😎

Been in many SS and never escorted on or got a “take home” robe.  In fact we didn’t get escorted on when in a RS.

On Eclipse now in a suite. No chocolates or lip balm. 😟

Hmmm.  We were in Millie last week not in a suite and we had chocolates every night.  Maybe talk to your stateroom attendant?

We have 4 pairs in an SS1 too.

Could it be because they can accommodate 4 people with the sofa bed?

I sent a pretty scathing email to the presidents office voicing my disappointment with recent changes and explained how they impacted us.

We're getting the usual shrimp plate / cheese plate delivered on an afternoon, but also daily treats too and we found a signed note from the hotel director wishing us a happy new year with a bottle of champagne in addition to the usual bottle of fizz.

I suspect that is why we got the escort also. I've been very critical of their changes recently, but it's very nice to know that they are listening and they are trying.

Could be, but our sofa looks too short to include a bed.
