Your agent is incorrect. You will indeed get free unlimited dining, Bar Setup with two bottles, Unlimited laundry and dry clean. I know for a fact of being upgraded many times.

Just checked the Cruise Planner for my April 11 night on Solstice. You can no longer buy Classic but if you get it as all inclusive you can upgrade. Current Price -

That is absolutely unacceptable behavior. In the future make note of the agent's name and address them by name so the agent knows you have made note. If your receive such rude service send a note to the executive office with his name and the type service you received.

I hope to stay balanced but going forward will be selecting cruises on destination, length and pricing. On our last cruise, since we get fee laundry as Zenith like you, he insisted he picked up all our dirty laundry and had it laundered and folded to make it easy to pack. It was so nice coming home and no laundry to do. Not that I do it anyway. LOL

That has been happening to me a lot. Why Celebrity can't fix their log on to keep you logged on is beyond men. Yes they charge you that amount per bag sent out. All has to be done at once. If you are Elite or above you will get some free bags of laundry. You can also go al la carte and pay per piece.

On most of the cruises It did open at 12:01 on the port of embarkation. The only time I saw it difference was for Singapore and with the Dateline was off by one day. I have a Sydney departure coming up shortly and will see how that one works out. When we sailed out Reykjavik it was 12:01 Reykjavik time.

One thing of note. If you booked air are are a US citizen you have 24 hours to cancel without penalty or fee (Federal Law). Give FBC a call and see what they can do for you.

A small work around if you want to do it per-cruise. Buy the 2 package for each passenger individually. Once on the ship - in the App you can upgrade for additional accounts.

I would say if you go in with the mindset that you will receive the worst cabin in the classification and consider any better assignment a win I think you will be fine. I've done 3 guaranteed Sky Suites. 2 ended up being Accessible Sky Suites and 1 was right under the kitchen galley and could hear what sounded like subway passing ever 10-15 minutes from 6AM to 9Am and 4PM to 7PM. I checked and above was the entrance to the dish washing area entrance and the sound was pushing big carts full of plates.

Well I guess we are forging full steam ahead. I just booked our 2nd Oceania cruise. Initially I booked Vista from Istanbul to Barcelona but that isn't until late 2025. We really wanted to try them out in between a B2B on Celebrity Solstice Sydney to Vancouver in April and a Combination Cunard/Celebrity Silhouette TA in October / November. After creating a spreadsheet with our current bookings I narrowed it down to either a Oceania Boston to Montreal and a Alaska Vancouver / LAX. To cut down on any more long haul flights we settled on the Alaska LAX one. My agent is currently on the Icon OTC but said he is also working from the ship. Hopefully he will be able to book it tomorrow.

When you log into Celebrity using the web not the app - and select manage my reservation from your cruise, do you see this? It should show your initials on right and amount of OBC if you have any. I've pointed to Gift and Gears on my reservations -- showing on all 5 that I have. When I click it it takes to the Gifts and Gear - no pulldowns... just go to bottom of webpage

Re: Laundry Packages - I am not certain but believe you can only book it via the Website. Go to Plan my Cruise - on very top choose Gift's and Gear - near the bottom you will find the laundry Services.

@miched Interesting site - What I was trying to understand is how @fstuff1 new what the odds were on Celebrity Ships vs NCL. The subject included the odds - I'm not a gambler but enjoy statistics. To be honest I don't even know what a 7/5 JoB is. Best Video poker is triple play 7/5 JoB (96.1%) whereas NCL has 9/6 DDB (99%).

Never done a River Cruise but I understand they often have solid full payment dates. I've recently booked a couple Oceania and Payment is due at 150 days except for their World Cruises. Cunard is at 120 days.

NEW PAYMENT SCHEDULES FOR LONGER SAILINGS - FINAL PAYMENTS WILL BE DUE EARLIER on SAILINGS 15 NIGHTS or more or for GALAPAGOS Sailings Beginning January 30th, we are changing the payment schedules for 15-night and longer sailings as well as Galapagos sailings. All itineraries 15-night and longer (except Galapagos) final payment will change to 120 days to sailing – currently 90 days. All Galapagos itineraries final payment will change to 150 days to sailing – currently 120 days. Effective for July 2024 sailings and beyond. Bookings made prior to the new effective date will be protected by having their final payment terms adjusted to keep their original payment schedule.

If I recall you do have to link somehow to be able to message. I don't recall but it is simple. You do not need to have an internet account to message. The downside is that it doesn't have a robust notifications and I think I recall it makes a very low pitch ping. It does work and if you check the app frequently may not be a problem. I know many that leave post it notes or even leave a message on the room phone. We have always had internet so just use iMessage
