Roll Call underconstruction

Recommended Posts

This is very frustrating. They say that the site is live yet many of the existing roll calls are still "Under Construction". Why launch something half-cock? Can somebody in authority let us know when it will be properly up and running?

I can go to all of my Celebrity roll calls that I had previously visited. In the email you get announcing new posts on the roll call, there is a “ revisit this thread” button. Click that to get to your existing roll call. The roll calls seem to be working, it is the lookup function that is a work in progress.

You can get to the Roll Calls from the Community Forum page.  Scroll down to the Roll Calls and select your cruiseline - not "find roll calls".  Once you click the cruiseline you will see a list of ships and then select your ship and there you go!

Yes, for the timebeing we'll have to go "old school" and browse to find the roll calls.   Thanks for your patience while the Roll Call Tool is being worked on.

Even doing that my NCL roll call for Dec. 20th isn’t there.

RC Tool; the DROP DOWN that was at the top of the page  is being worked on and there is a notification about that.  I found my forum because I had an old email post notification that I didn't delete.  (if you set up notifications :) )  That took me right to the forum directly instead of going to the ROLL CALLS section which is kind of like a FORUM that you have to scroll through. Holland America currently has 23 pages on it, so that's not fun trying to find my Dec 3 Rotterdam cruise.   Once you find it, bookmark the page so you can get back to it easily.  I loved the drop down list and CC is getting to it.

Same for RCCl. I think there is a difference if you use iPhone, iPad or computer. Also Google, Safari or some other browsers. CC is dead to me until they get the bugs worked out.  LauraS is wrong saying that she has the solution. It doesn’t work!!!

It does work.  What doesn't work is the "Find your XXX Roll Call" link at the top of each cruise line specific forum.  That's currently under construction.

What you have to do is click on the "Forums" tab at the upper left of this page, then scroll down to the Roll Call section and find the Roll Call link to your cruise line's roll calls, then click on that.

Then find your specific ship on the next page(s), and click on that, then scroll down through the various threads there to find your specific roll call.

More work?,  Maybe.  But you can still access your roll calls.
