Sorry for the late reply, the link made no difference, it's definitely Google Maps that I'm using. Doesn't really matter, thanks anyway.

In Google Maps I searched "Castellammare Naples" took me to a district, to South end of which is the yard and the marina breakwater the prow of the ship needed to avoid hitting on launch. The image clearly shows a structure with space for the spiral staircase shown in other images.

Key cards still have a symbol for Grill pax. It's a little black diamond.

Certainly not on the 3 voyages since September 21, that we have taken.

Yes, the little black diamond used to be top right of card. Annoyingly,  on our Med trip, there were a few taking advantage of the facilities!

Just had an email from Cunard to say that Cunard World Club members can book voyages on Queen Anne from May 17th.

You're lucky, I have yet to receive such an email. I can tell you that the maiden voyage is sold out on the Australian website in both the PG and QG categories. Are they set aside and not being sold, or already 'pre-sold' somehow? Quite the mystery.

I note that in the past, some voyages were not available to view on the Australian website (such as special themed voyages - music; theatre) at a time when they were being discussed on this board and therefore being accessed by potential passengers in other parts of the world.

Cunard have history in posting QG cabins as sold out on WC segments when in fact, the cabins hadn't been released for the particular segments we were interested in. These cabins were definitely not sold out as they were available to full world bookings and they were released in dribs and drabs as time went on.

I can only think on QA's maiden cruise, the cabins aren't sold out but either haven't been released yet or will be on hold at the moment for '' suits '' and others.

And not just by email.

My mailbox had 3 items all centred on the Queen Anne Maiden cruise sailing on 4 January 2024 and the subsequent sailings.

The 'Maiden' is a 7 nighter with one port of call, overnight in Lisbon.

I'd registered my interest by 09.05 this morning. See y'all onboard I guess.

Interesting to see that the maiden voyage is in the first week of January in 2024, I guess that means she'll arrive in Southampton (I assume) around Christmas time 2023 for the naming ceremony. I live close to Southampton so if the weather is not too bad I might go and see her arrive for the first time.

As usual I have received nothing from Cunard by e-mail have looked at my preferences on my account and they are all set to receive communications by e-mail, text or post and have repeatedly asked Cunard on their Facebook page why I dont receive e-mails. All they say is we will pass it on to the relevant department but nothing ever changes. We are very close to being Diamond in CWC but I am thoroughly disappointed in Cunard.

I had exactly the same problem contacted them by phone and messenger and finally got sorted after seeing WC rep on Mary in January

I don't get them either and have given up trying to sort it out. Luckily, I get them second hand, via my husband which is slightly amusing as I am the lead passenger on any Cunard booking.

All snail mail communication comes addressed to me though so go figure.  🙂

Both me and my wife have Cunard accounts and neither of us receive any form of communication. I have now e-mailed the executive officer office see what they do or even if they respond. After my last contact with them regarding selling of FCDs to US passengers but not UK passengers the last e-mail I sent them they just totally ignored me so not holding out much hope.

Just having a look for the first time, I can't see any single cabins listed on the Queen Anne web page in any of the categories or on any page of the deck plans.  If that is the case, that is disappointing.

I don't think there are any!  I've received two flyers in the afternoon post from the solo travel departments of top single specialist UK travel agents. Both state "twin for sole use" and "limited single availability".  If this is correct it's very much a retrograde step by Cunard.

We have same issue, ie. not receiving anything from Cunard.  Discussed with team whilst onboard QE in Feb and March, and have sent emails to them, and made phone calls.  Still nothing sorted.

Used to get emails and post but for some reason it stopped.

They keep on about White Star Service but obviously I am not the only one they seem to be failing. Or is it a case of arrogance on Cunard's part that the regular cruisers will carry on cruising with them however bad they are treated. Think they might be in for a shock.

Hi,

I agree. The Holland America ships on which the Queen Anne is based have ocean view single cabins forward on the lowest passenger deck. Apparently, this will be the only Cunard ship without any single cabins. Some of the other lines (such as Celebrity) have been including a fair number of single cabins on their newest ships.
