Anybody else experienced that at this moment all of the data in your account has vanished? Bookings and history!

It has happened in the past.. especially if HAL's IT team is working.

It will be restored eventually!

Just checking on mine at HAL and it shows nothing for me also and no bookings.

Comforting that it is not just me, but indeed most likely the magic world of HAL IT "specialists" 😉

I have quite a few online venues where I operate my business so am familiar with the tinkering that goes on with websites.  HAL is right up at the top for useless tinkering, I always hold my breath anticipating a great new experience.

We saw a news story last week that HAL has canceled its cruises through Dec 31.  I can't find anything about that on Cruise Critic News or on the HAL website.  I checked my booking for Dec 5 (14 day Southern Caribbean) on the HAL website and the booking is gone.  My personal account info is still there with my previous FCCs (this was our third time re-booking from our original canceled cruise) but nothing else.  The Dec 5 cruise is paid in full  (plus one excursion)  but we haven't received any direct info from HAL about this.  Has anyone heard from their travel agent or from HAL about this?

I just checked my HAL account and it is up to date.  Under Mariner Society, there was a quick flash of no cruise history but scrolling down all of my cruise history was there.  All of my booked cruises are there.  Making payments dashboard has changed a bit.  Looks like just a few tweaks to the website and no effect on my information.

ALL the cruise lines run a standard server maintenance update/maintenance once a week.  Most do it late night Saturday/Sunday.  HAL/PRC do theirs early Sunday am.  Sometimes it affects what is displayed in various parts on their consumer websites, and not always the same things or for all users.  Usually by mid-day Sunday everything is back to normal.

No need for folks to get up a tree, we all need to just be a little more patient.

Our HAL Website and account is just fine, as always.

Now I can't even log in.  It keeps saying "your session has expired" "Please enter a valid email address and password".
