Now I can't even log in.  It keeps saying "your session has expired" "Please enter a valid email address and password".

Sounds like this is a rolling update rather than a single update affecting all accounts.

Mine is the same, no biggie, I am sure they will get it straight.  Not like we need to actually do anything on the site anytime soon...

We saw a news story last week that HAL has canceled its cruises through Dec 31.  I can't find anything about that on Cruise Critic News or on the HAL website.  I checked my booking for Dec 5 (14 day Southern Caribbean) on the HAL website and the booking is gone.  My personal account info is still there with my previous FCCs (this was our third time re-booking from our original canceled cruise) but nothing else.  The Dec 5 cruise is paid in full  (plus one excursion)  but we haven't received any direct info from HAL about this.  Has anyone heard from their travel agent or from HAL about this?

My Dec 5 cruise on the NS out of Fort Lauderdale is showing on the HAL site now.

I haven't bee able to log on to my account for months. I finally called and was on the phone with someone who walked me through the process for over 45 minutes. I was then able to log on. The next day, and every day since, I can't log in.  I don't need it now anyhow. I'm not going anywhere for a long, long time.

Well, my cruises are back (sort of) can’t book anything.

My name was changed and the site did not want to co-operate to change it back but it’s done.

The cruise I was going to take no longer has my casino discount.  I’ll wait.  I already thought the price was high.  Not going higher.  These are nearly P’dam prices for crying out loud and that ship had a lot more crew and much better service than any of the classes other than the R class (old Rotterdam) IMO.

Have you tried going on through ‘Already Booked’? That works for me. Everything seems to be fine, except that the OBC for my Grand Africa has disappeared. 🤔

My apologies to HAL. The OBC that disappeared from my account has actually been applied to our 2022 Grand Africa booking.

Please tell me this isn't true.  I'm booked to sail out of San Diego to the Hawaiian Islands on Nov. 18th.  I can't take any more cancelled cruises and staying on land.  By the time my ship will sail I'll be in a padded cell at the funny farm:classic_biggrin:

Our HAL Website and account is just fine, as always. We can see everything . I see my stars, all my activities,  upcoming bookings. Hopefully you can see your entire account and bookings soon as we can. I think the site must be back up now.

I just checked my account and booking and all is fine.

Everything has returned to normal again here as well, would not have been alarmed if the standard announcement would have been on the website, indicating maintenance on the website, which is often indicated on the website.

What we saw was incorrect. It was on one of the Cruise news web sites but since the story disappeared quickly, I'm think it may have been speculative and not actual news.  .  I've checked with HAL and they say all is well....of course that's for now.

No issues with the site for me. Perhaps try a different browser... I'm using Firefox.

That is what I was thinking but will need to re-download it as I recently removed it.    Thank you

Update - went back for one more try and it is all working again.
