Haha, its great if you win, but losing stings a bit. This was a ROUGH gambling week. One of the coldest runs I have ever had, but I only bring an amount to gamble with that I would be okay with losing every dime of

Look at the bright side, if it pays for your next cruise you didn’t lose it!

Don't jump on that offer. You will probably be emailed better offers in the next several weeks. They left me a free signature suite offer under my door when we disembarked our last cruise. My email offers are always for a free Neptune Suite with a significant amount of casino cash.

Thanks for the heads up.

Any information on taxi availability/cost to airport and TSA security wait times would be much appreciated.   Thanks for your great review

Well our flight is not until 450pm tonight so we are going to do a little exploring in Seattle before heading to the airport, but I will share what I can.

We have a pretty early flight home thanks to United changing the departure time, so I'm hoping everything goes smoothly getting to the airport and through security.    I have the SeaTac app on my phone, which is supposed to show the wait time for security, but watching it over the last several weeks, I've never seen wait times go above 5 - 10 minutes, which makes me wonder if it could really be accurate.     Enjoy exploring Seattle today.

Thanks for sharing your vacation with us on land.   Congratulations on your free cruise!!   Sweet!!  Do you know if they add  stars to your Mariner status taking that offer?  I need to start gambling.  I am a great at losing money!!    Have a safe trip home!!  Stop at the place that yells “May I help you?”   too funny.   My DH is from KC and been there many times..   nice city!!

I also have 3 vouchers for free Dam Drinks and would happily give them to someone on the next cruise if I could figure out a way to do that.

Question which I never found out, is this an actual "Special Drink" or is it just for any drink? It is rather confusing. Plus with the majority of the ship passengers having the Signature Beverage Package I am trying to figure out what the point of it really is.

Well, the family in Seattle that we were going to visit with have all tested positive, so we’re pivoting and have booked a flight to Boston today.

All in all, this was a great trip and we met so many wonderful people, saw fantastic sights, played some fun games, and gained about 100 lbs.

For anyone going next, the comics are fantastic, the four members of the entertainment team are wonderful, and you’re in for a fantastic week!

It is a special drink called "Dam Drink" from what someone told me at the M&M (@NavArch64 I think). Believe he said it was basically cheap champagne with mint.

So as a quick recap...

It felt much more like a pre-pandemic cruise experience than I ever expected once we were onboard. I know those rules are changing, but it was a nice respite from reality for the week.

The float trip in Juneau was very good and very tame. If you want a thrill it is definitely not for you.

Kayaking in Ketchikan was good to, but if you are wanting to see wildlife there are better options. We saw eagles, starfish, jellyfish, and a sea lion.

We didn't do much in ISP or Sitka, but both are beautiful places. I could easily see myself living in Sitka.

Glacier Bay is always spectacular and awe inspiring. One of my favorite places I have ever been.

We had a tragic event happen when 5 fellow NA passengers and their float plane pilot died in a crash while on a tour in Ketchikan and my thoughts are with those families impacted. It definitely placed a bit of a dark cloud over the last couple days, but overall it was a very enjoyable cruise.

Since I have a voucher for a "free" cruise I am seriously debating booking a late September trip back on the NA. Just need to figure out who to take with me since the kids will be in school.

Thanks to all of you for following along and I wish you all great adventures and safe travels in the future!

😂 Actually that does not surprise me. Thanks so much for the info, have safe travels home to you and the kids.
