My traditional welcome aboard drink has been a Caribbean Mule on the last couple of Royal cruises, but I really like a Miami Vice with Kraken float or a dirty Martini or regular Martini from the Schooner Bar, as well as any frozen Margarita (lime) from the Schooner Bar.  Heck -- I just enjoying drinking!  Even a glass of Reisling with dinner.

It's tough to find a drink that tastes like it has any alcohol in it.

If I’m at the pool I’ll tip the roving waiter really well and tell them to make sure the drink is strong because I don’t want to be wasting calories lol. They keep coming back pretty frequently the rest of the day and usually find me the following days wherever I land. It’s a win win situation.

I think that's the only way I could of tried all those. Every cruise I try to drink different cocktails. It's a good way to see what you like and don't like. With the drink package If I order something and I don't like it I can say not for me can and I'll try something else. I liked more cocktails than disliked. It helps too to order off the drink menu's to see what's in them. A lot of times I'll see someone drinking a cocktail that looks unfamiliar too me so I will just ask them what they are drinking?
