So.. What did you take to help? My ankles balloon up every time we cruise to the Caribbean.. Humidity, alcohol, and Sodium for a week doesn't bode well for the ankles!

I’m not a DR but this is what the pharmacy in Cozumel recommended. The CVS over the counter pills worked for me but I didn’t get them. The homeopathic variety did not cut it for me.

This is happening. No one is allowed to say thanks for the review until tomorrow night.

I repeat NO ONE.

We have a delayed departure due to a medical emergency. So instead of a sunset photos from sea, we have them from the pier.

If you watch the second one, watch for the puck and see how fast it went by the goal line into the back of the net......That was off a stick, not by sliding in from the goalie's pad being on top of the puck.

They showed one good replay of that, then never showed that angle of the puck going in again like that. Because it clearly showed what really happened.

that is not the way I saw it. The puck was under the goalies pad for short period of time. The puck was not moving. The US player pushed the pad causing the puck to enter the net. This play is disallowed every time

Thanks for the…Never Mind! Just joined this party while sipping my bourbon in Detroit and dreaming of tropical weather (I’ll take Costa Maya over this gloomy weather)

That is Lasix (furosimide) a very commonly used diuretic.

So our overall thoughts of Paradise Beach.  We found it nice enough to return, with some caveats. We would come here when Owen is joining us. He needs enough to keep him active physically where as we could just lounge all day.

For Lisa and I solo we would go to Nachi. Quiet, the right speed and not not overly active. Playa Mia on the other hand is busy like Costco.  People coming and going, and a lot of activity.

For March for the Bell cruise I think we will be going to Paradise again. It’s a happy medium that works for the three of us.

You summed this up well. We're on Allure and visited Paradise on Sunday. Chose it as this was DS (15yo) first cruise and knew laying around all day wasn't going to cut it. He loved it and you bet I was climbing all over the Waterpark making a fool of myself all while being reminded my upper body strength is severely lacking to get up on half the stuff 😉

That said, DH and I will stick with Nachi when not sailing with the kiddo, the aesthetic doesn't compare and we love that quiet island vibe.
