Is anyone having a problem with HAL's website?

It's still not working for me.  I'm able to get there using incognito, and Edge works for me (neither of which are what I used to use to access the site).

I know and it's always so random! Sometimes different browser works, usually an incognito browser window works (but not always!) -- today I worked out you have to use a FRESH incognito window -- HAL's own cookies seem to cause their website to malfunction!

Called my wonderful PCC yesterday to re-fare two cruises with the Cyber Sale. Her voice recording said she was out of the office and NOT to leave a message because no one would return it. To press 0 to be connected to someone. That person was presumably at the Philipines Call Center and took all my information, then transferred me to a Pricing Specialist without giving her any of the data he had asked for (!). She however was wonderful.

 

I just wonder if my PCC is gone for good...

Agreed.  I have called HAL and posted complaints.  The first time I was told they were "upgrading" the system. The second time I was told I had to download Chrome for it to work.  What kind of a business has the customer "fix" their site?  I'm sure it will be working just fine when final payment is due!

Don't be so sure. 

I have read several posts who are reporting their final payment is due and they can't get the HAL site to accept a payment. 
I highly recommend you not wait until the last minute if you plan to make a final payment directly to HAL via the website.

Having troubles with HAL's website.  Sometimes I log in and have no past cruises, existing reservations and etc. and other times I do.  Website would not accept my HAL gift cards as payment and I had to call in.  Now looking into a cruise, but I cannot even find any cabins.👎

I have yet to sail on HAL but was looking for 2025 cruises that are not found on their site, but on other search engine sites, such as cruise critic, I can find all these cruises that don't exist on their site.  Came here to see if there was a website issue and apparently there is.

Web issues is more of not being able to drill father down in a cruise selection such as room category.

About the only cruises i have seen on other web sites that have not shown up on HAL's are sold out cruises and charter cruises. 

It is possible some big box stores get a preview of what is coming, but not sure if you could book it prior to HAL releasing it.

I have put in for a future dam request (Not same as a future cruise request) for a cruise HAL normally has every other year. This just let me have first choice when released, not booked. I knew the were going to do a (25 or 26 day)round trip Iceland out of Boston last year and wanted to ensure I got the category I wanted as they were all booked when I tried a few years back.
