Technically after embarkation - no but many times security doesn't collect them at baggage check. Just be prepared if you try that they could take them from you and return at disembarkation.

You should be able to go to Celebrity Website and under your cruise choose - Cruise Documents - or Express Pass -(there will be a link for Luggage TAgs. It usually takes 24-48 hours after upgrade for them to be updated. If not don't worry the porters have blank tags and will tag your bag for you. I usually just use a sharpie and put in new number if within a couple days of cruise.

You would be best to download the Celebrity App and select restaurants - They will indicate the price. You can also go online and choose manage reservations and choose Specialty - They offer discounts prior to sailing. The only apple product I've seen aboard have been about 2 generations old and even those I believe have been sold. I've seen iWatches and iPads in the past but no phones.

I would call guest services and complain immediately. Now I would never do this, but one might accidentally use a house phone and call their room at 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM

As long as you had the Two shots series or 1 Shot J&J you are fully vaccinated. Boosters are recommend but not required.

You will not be able to get the perks you listed on an Upgrade. You keep your current perks but only get the amenities that come with the room

Best way to view activities is to download the Celebrity App - Choose ships we support an choose a current cruise for Millennium. There is a link to Daily Planner. Filter on All activities instead of suggested activities and you can see an idea of what activities are available hourly.

It hasn't occurred in many years but we had erroneous charges 3-4 times over the past 20 years. Each time they reversed them when I called in. We got in the habit of taking a picture of the contents of the refrigerator on arriving in our room and on departure morning.
