Since medical, did they refund 100% of the fare?No. Refund approximately 90%.

The cancel for any reason provision pays a 90% refund. If you need to cancel for a covered medical reason, you should receive a 100% refund. I know this is true because we received a 100% refund for a medical issue affecting a family member.Was this after final payment?
