Beachin2 Posted March 3, 2016 #751 Share Posted March 3, 2016 (edited) Serenade TA from Copenhagen to Boston is up 8/26/17 - 9/10/17 - 15 night $6,500 for a E-3 balcony. That's $433 a night. RC - you need to share what you are smoking. Cruise is on my bucket list, but probably not with RC now. Edited March 3, 2016 by Beachin2

At least this way, maybe the suites won't sell out in 20 minutes like previous years.

The northern transatlantics via Iceland are always extremely high price wise - $3250pp for a balcony seems in line what I have seen in years past

Laura's current JS on Rhapsody is $3,300 for a JS solo.:D Plus that's the first sailing as we get of Serenade from our 3 week southern, 37 nights, plus the possibility of the first trip out of Copenhagen  That would be 47 nights total Edited March 3, 2016 by John&LaLa

To put it into perspective - we did a 28 night TP from Ensenada to HNL to SYD in a JS last year on the Legend for just over half - and the south pacific islands have a little more "sex appeal" than Iceland. Did put a hold on the Jewel Rome to SJU though. Well priced. Might make a nice B2B.

kccrzr Posted March 3, 2016 #759 Share Posted March 3, 2016 Disappointed to see only one British Isles cruise and that one is definitely offered at a premium over Baltic cruises on the same ship - Vision. Why, oh why, aren't the itineraries more interesting, in general - especially when the more interesting choices command premium pricing? We've placed holds on the British Isles cruise and also a Serenade cruise to the Arctic Circle and will sleep on our decision. Overall, underwhelmed with choices. :(

sg1phileshipper Posted March 3, 2016 #762 Share Posted March 3, 2016 Eastbound Serenade looks pretty, but 3000€ for a single interior?????? Cindy
MindyJohn Posted March 3, 2016 #763 Share Posted March 3, 2016 The best deal so far is Jewel EB TA - practically giving it away. We're already booked TP at that time. Unfortunately at triple the price

Unfortunately at triple the price  I put a cabin on the Eastbound TA on hold. But somehow there's no 30 % off and not even my balcony discount. Maybe because itineraries are being loaded. I'll wait until my hold is almost over, cancel my cabin and try to rebook the same one :) Cindy Edited March 3, 2016 by sg1phileshipper

Unfortunately at triple the price  Thanks for that. Just booked a D1 FOR £900 for both of us with D discount. Managed to get a corner Aft. sg1phileshipper Posted March 3, 2016 #773 Share Posted March 3, 2016 Independence Eastbound TA is now up. Over 1000€ for an inside per person and still no 30% off. But only 225€ down payment instead of 450. I'll try to call later and ask about that 30% off that is missing.... Cindy
