Yorkvillain Posted July 2, 2016 Author #79 Share Posted July 2, 2016 (edited) Happy belated Canada Day to Andrew and all my Canadian friends. I had planned on doing this last night however the bar had NO Canadian beer! There were plenty of watered-down American beers but no Molson, Labatt's, etc. Edited July 2, 2016 by Yorkvillain

Yorkvillain Posted July 2, 2016 Author #82 Share Posted July 2, 2016 (edited) First glance of the beautiful Grandeur of the Seas this morning. I have to say she looks absolutely breathtaking. Clarea Posted July 2, 2016 #83 Share Posted July 2, 2016 Just a warning Tim about when you visit Schooner. One one side there are these very bright sections, I believe they call them "windows". You may want to have the sunglasses ready.

Yorkvillain Posted July 2, 2016 Author #85 Share Posted July 2, 2016 Any sign of the repairs to the gangway? It's still not fixed. We had to board street-level. It was not a problem at all though and was very fast.

Yorkvillain Posted July 2, 2016 Author #88 Share Posted July 2, 2016 (edited) I can't believe I held off for two hours before I did this: I've seen lots of Cavaliers fans onboard still celebrating their NBA title. They could easily board up those "windows" and add some artwork and fake port holes. Edited July 2, 2016 by Yorkvillain

lenquixote66 Posted July 2, 2016 #97 Share Posted July 2, 2016 We drove from NY to Baltimore in December 2015 to cruise on the Grandeur .It was a fantastic trip. We loved it so much that we booked the same cabin for a November 2016 cruise .We had the absolutely best Cabin Steward and hopefully we will have him again. We also had the best CD ever ,the honorable Paul Rudder.

hansolosmom Posted July 2, 2016 #100 Share Posted July 2, 2016 We love Grandeur. That 2 person table by the rail at the Schooner was "our" table when we cruised. Have a great time
