My NOS for next May has been $52/day for the deluxe beverage package.  Today it is down to $49/day.  I think I will wait for black Friday, Cyber Monday deals....$3 discount doesn't seem that great to me.

Today I am thankful for cruise critic message boards...............LOL

I just canceled refreshment pkgs for the kids at $26 per day and rebooked @ $17 per day. 

 

Not the same luck with my deluxe drink pkg.  Well ironically it is $52 and I had paid $53, it must have come down without me noticing one day this past year.....I will wait until Friday to see if it comes down more before cancelling for the difference.  As of now it does not indicate that it is a sale like the refreshment pkg did.

 

This is for Symphony April 2019 booking.

Just saved $45 by cancelling my three device surf n stream and rebooking it. Then I booked the refreshment package for $17/day, which is a dollar less per day than I paid last year. So excited!

Thank you for the heads up on the beverage discounts as you helped me save money. If I see a better price, can I cancel on the cruise planner and buy at a lower price or do I need to call Royal Caribbean? Thank you!

Thank you for the heads up.  Our January IotS refreshment package dropped to $17 as others have reported.  No big discounts on the deluxe package and that does not make the kids happy.  🙂

I am showing 15.00 per day for my 6 night Adventure cruise for the refreshment package.   What does that package normally run? 

 

Question....I see you can "buy" casino credit ahead of time and get bonus money.   Has anyone ever done this?  Do they give you chips or can you use on slots?

I just refunded 2 refreshment packages that I got at $18 P.P. and bought again at $15 and saved another $45. I am sailing Dec 15th on Symphony. Will be keeping a eye out for other deals this weekend!

As generous as RCL is being with the refreshment package...the other side of the coin is a “Royal ripoff”. Did anyone else get that new Izumi price fix deal? Based on what you get with this deal if you go in and pay the al a cart prices it comes out about $10 less!

You can cancel on the cruise planner and get a refund, then purchase again.

This was in my cruise planner two days ago for $0.00.  I was wondering today if I just made an a la cart reservation, but I just checked my order history (below) to double check, and its there.  I'm not entirely confident it will actually work, but if so, BEST DEAL EVER!

Which is why I'm not holding my breath.  But, FWIW, I did just print a copy of that order history that says I reserved the pre-fixe

beverages 52/17/10...I got the refreshment at $17/day - I’m fairly sure that will work for me over the course of the week on a ship with freestyle.  

 

Internet also had the best deals we have seen so far...surf/stream one device was back down to $11.99 (we’ve seen this price before and I booked it months ago but it’s been between 14-17$ lately), but there were also deals on 2 device for $19 and I think 3 device for $25.  

 

I looked at several excursions but no price changes for any of the ones I was looking that (or even any that I noticed).

 

overall - still better than I was expecting!

Thanks for the heads up - cancelled and rebooked the Refreshment package at $17/day for our March 2019 cruise on Independence! I'm thankful I logged in to Cruise Critic this evening...Happy Thanksgiving!

Anybody booked on a 3 day cruise may want to look at the Ultimate Dining Package.  I was able to get it for my daughter and her husband for $65 pp.  They originally had the BOGO for $40; so only $25 more and they get 2 lunch, and 1 extra dinner.  Great deal for them.  Of course they are in a Boardwalk Balcony; so they already were going to get Johnny Rockets; but I think getting Chops for lunch at basically no extra charge; is a much better deal.

I found that the Surf 1-device package for my June booking on the Serenade had dropped by about $20, so I cancelled and rebooked it.

Thanks for the heads up!  I just saved $160 on drink packages and internet for my June 2019  7 day Southern Caribbean Cruise on the Freedom.

My 9 day Anthem sailing is showing $49 for the deluxe drink package and $11.99. The drink package is only down $3 so no big deal. Is $11.99 a day for voom for one device a good price?

Deluxe beverage package for anthem Jan 26 is 50. For a 944 total for the two of us. Considering we can go to a hole in the wall bar on karaoke night and drop 150 without blinking. I’m thinking it’s a good deal.
