This was posted on Instagram this morning. Maybe they just ran out of trays by the time they got to VT?

He brought the stuff on the big tray and then took everything off and fit it on the Tiny Table and Tom Tom. 😀

Well, there ya go!   Don't let him take the big tray!  Just tell him WE said to leave it!  Or else!   :classic_biggrin:

Katie, I mean the little white top of the table (not the food tray)  - that is reversible, I thought, is it not?

You are correct, we’re talking different trays.

So my question is now you have the room service tray on the knee high table where do you eat it, on your lap?

From an earlier question we have a home in Naples.

May I ask about your cabana experience?  Judging from the photos, it looks as if when you rent ½, you could potentially be sharing your space with others, even if they reverse the couches to make it sort of divided.  And having that walkway in the middle between your comfy furniture and the glass wall is just silly, even if there is no one walking there.  I mean, even with it roped off, the others who have rented the cabanas would be walking there, right?  It just seems that if it were not a port day, the pedestrian traffic would be very annoying, especially at that price.  Dunno.  Probably not gonna even think about renting one.

I looked back at the photos of the Accessible IV cabin, and our balcony is 1-½ times wider than the normal ones.  However, the one you toured did not have any extra furniture out there.  I just think it is too bad that there are such shortfalls on this beautiful new ship.  Although I understand how Suite pax would be very upset about it, I feel that the rest of us have a right to be upset about it, too.  There should not be that much difference in balcony furniture, other than what available space dictates necessary.  Furniture inside is, of course, another subject.  I do not envy you the Hoppen Rocker at all.  After all, we all get the Hoppen Tom-Tom!  That is a great consolation.  :classic_wink:

Hope you are having a wonderful day!  Enjoy your Eden dinner.  Can't wait for your report!

Again, thanks so very much for all you have done for all of us who cannot be there now, and will have to wait for a future cruise.  I am SO looking forward to 1-20!  Can't wait to meet you and all the other Edgies!

Attach the a photo of a chair on Harmony. Now there isn't room for anything this large... but note the footstool underneath. they could do something like that... this way there is some place to put your feet... even if you can not lean back.

Kearney - This is a good example of functionality. While the space may seem tight, notice that both chairs have a high back and can recline to different positions.

Just got off the ship and took some pictures of the gorgeous girl in port!!

notice the gangway sign on elevator buttons - got off in Destination Gateway.

Beautiful photos!  Love seeing her in the sunshine!  She is spectacular!

Interesting about the Destination Gateway use.  Was going to ask you if you boarded on that level in PE?  Now THAT would be a great entry!  Where do you enter from the ramps in T25?

We always remove room service food from the tray and place it on our  lanai or coffee table..not sure how that's going to work on EDGE....

We are going there tonight. Wish me luck! Thee are some weird characters hanging out there at night...😉

Marilyn, would you let us know if the Eden stage lights flash in your eyes while you’re dining? We have an Eden reservation, but I am a little concerned about the lighting (migraine trigger). Thanks, Michelle

The cabana turned out to be fun. The staff were amazing and it was fun to chat with them and read and eat and drink and relax.  The MC suddenly arrived at 3:00. Fun to watch her come into place.

I just saw your post about being at cabana 2 and was going to run up but looks like you may be gone now....we'll be in cabana 3 tomorrow so anyone welcome to stop by to say hello.  We'll be 4 guys drinking a bit of champagne and a little boisterous but don't let that scare you we don't bite!  Will be at cafe al bacio for cabin crawl at 2.   Must also say this is a beautiful ship!

The aft S1 suites have the deep balcony and people pay a premium for them. There should be loungers or the harmony type reclining chairs shown (which they had on other

Celebrity ships). I see these S1 cabins are going for over $11,000 for one week. I am surprised Celebrity does not know their clientele better. NCL aft suites have loungers.

Hey Marilyn from VT (AKA Wonder Woman on Celebrity Eclipse),

Haven't seen you mention the casino. And I know from past voyages that the casino is a favorite hang-out of yours. Don't tell me that you're now a member of "GA"--Gamblers Anonymous!

And you're a wealth of info for other Edgers. Thank you for sharing yourself & your vacation with all of us.

As far as not sharing any selfies with us, I can only assure everyone that you are stunningly beautiful, both inside & out. Taking selfies would only detract from the subject at hand.

Let me know if you think we should get reservations beyond the ones we've already made. Reservations for dinner on the MC can only be made on-board, right? We have reservations for FCSH & Le Petite Chef only. Would you suggest anymore?

Counting down to our Jan 20th cruise!

Lunch at Eden was very nice, but no characters or music. Ambient jungle noises, yes. Nice sandwich and soup, though. And it’s free! Cookies as big as your head for dessert.

Just had room service on our teeny tiny table. It was pretty funny. The suite manager came to chat with us and apologized about the furniture - it sounds like she’s heard it a lot and they are going to do something about it. I think we may have some decent furniture later today though I said we didn’t want special treatment. She said some are happy with going to use the lovely Retreat loungers, but understands we enjoy some private lounging time.

Okay, this was our set up for breakfast. Notice that the Tom-Tom can be used for your coffee or tea!! 😀A744D27D-1ADB-480F-85E5-D372AD0C376E.thumb.jpeg.802b52155bef7c8990b5c6e52e538b79.jpeg47F3D7BF-CB7B-4DF3-916A-B213F07A3655.thumb.jpeg.5ec7319cff1a6adf53ce98eea90ceb4f.jpeg

I am not so sure splitting  the Cabana  in shifts will be permitted. Kind of a revolving door or splitting a car rental by the hour?

When we have rented the beach cabanas at Labadee they allowed us a  set no of  guests ( treated dtr and sil) ,and we had to  name them and their stateroom no for the admittance pass,,..We loved those!

I called X Customer Service and they couldn't find an answer to this question.  They are going to research it and call me back.  We wouldn't be trying to get more free sodas or food, we would just like to have the wonderful space not go unused.  Since we already have the drink package, some of the value (beers, waters, wine) is lost on us.

Something like these chairs on the Reflection would be nice I think.

There are still quite a few IV available for the Dec 16 cruise... just to let you know over 50 E class, and 75 C class... only a few aqua class remaining... just saying. Prices better than some later cruises...only problem... returning Dec 23rd.. probably the worst travel day. prices have actually popped up a tad... but still much better than later cruises... just thought I would pass this on.. Almost no change in a month

I have been wondering about this. It seems so odd given the number of available cabins and how close we are to the sail date. It doesn't seem like a C class has sold for months. Maybe they don't want to do major discounting as it may perceptually "cheapen" the Edge brand.
