Another great meal in Sel de Mer.  New faces on the plates I hadn’t seen before.

Thursday - I think.  We slept until9 this morning. Must have been all that food - and it’s the Cellar Master’s tonight!

This is one big ship.  I thought I would take a wander after breakfast. And before Sit & Stitch, Pat had headedfor the Dutch Cafe.  I went up those stairs hanging out over the side of the ship, and got completely lost.  And most of the spaces were uninhabited! A few pictures.

I had another peek in Club Orange as I headed back down.  Just one couple in there, but it still has the kitchen setup, so perhaps if it’s not a success, they will change it back to the Culinary Arts Centre.

I agree looks more like a café. It will be interesting to see how successful this new HAL concept goes over.

There are blondes from Holland in the Dutch Cafe, and two brunettes, none have been on Koningsdam.  The only one who has been on the K was Gydo, who seems to be in charge.  Gydo took some photos for me from behind the counter.

Not that I am trying to sell the Dutch Cafe or anything, but yesterday afternoon we enjoyed some bitterballen and flamages (?), very spicy little packages of veal, in our room with a bottle of wine.

So the new dining venue for your highest paying passengers is almost as nice as the lido (sans the carpet). Lots of TV's everywhere though to remind you you are in Club Orange. Cherry on top is you get to watch people walking from the Ocean Bar to the MDR for breakfast on cloth covered tables.

Really? Keep the PG for breakfast. 

Since they reduced the number of suites on the new builds so much maybe HAL is trying to push away the suite business.

I agree - not much of an incentive to pay extra.
