Many and hopefully not most of the pinnacles are just having this status because as mentioned before they figured that life in a inside cabin is cheaper than living at home. hence no one needs to look up to them rather they up to the paying suite passenger. Instead of taking away seats from guests that finance them they should feel embarrassed and leave the SL and costal kitchen and for once go and pay for a drink...instead of complaining for onboard credit

Wow...just wow.    :classic_blink:

Oh, I know what you mean. But they still try and sneak in there.  Did a ton of consecutive cruises in 2017 on Oasis.  Both pre and post Pinnacle

So folks jumped a rope and went to  a different section of the terminal?   We did not wait  in the regular  VIP areas, but were in a separate section.   We did several B2B, B3B from PC and didn't see others try to board with consecutive cruisers.  Now  years prior, when we were in the front of the  VIP section, yes folks ( no way to determine C&A level as not all P wear badges, so those rushing on board could have been suite guests or anyone from D+ and up)  seemed to rush the agents  when the B2b were escorted back on.

Last few B3B on Enchantment, we were escorted  back on prior to the opening of check in  so no creepers.    Honestly, if someone has to  jump a rope and sneak in with  others, they have problems.  If it is that important to them, let them go ahead of me.  I feel badly that they have such an empty life that getting on a ship prior to their assigned  entry is something  they have to look forward to.

Cannot imagine you and Bucky sailing in an inside cabin instead of your usual Grand Suite when you turn Pinnacle in 12 to 18 months.

See you Sunday. Have the same dinner reservations as you in the Coastal Kitchen. 60 Pinnacles are cruising with us.

No one needs to "look up to" anyone. Calm the farm.

Notwithstanding the fact you have challenged the veracity of my commentary several times (and thus my integrity) I swear I'd buy you multiple rounds of drinks and you would love me.

Book the Allure TA next spring.  I doubt I'll step foot in CK that trip.

I was eyeballing an A2 earlier today.  Don't tempt me.  Have not been on Oasis or Allure but understand their SL/CK's suck.  I guess it won't matter traveling star class...

Oasis has by far the best CK lunch and breakfast of the first three Oasis ships.  I have not sailed Symphony.

Harmony has that nice buffet area, but that's about it.  The SL furniture is nicer as well.

The odd thing about Harmony is that no man's land between CK and SL.  Is it CK or is it SL? Very confusing

Why is that?

Smaller on both sides because of the addition of the panoramic suites. Also, I believe there is a chef’s table right in the middle for those who pay extra to have banquet food served to them upstairs.

There are nice and nasty cruisers in every C&A category, or in no category at all!   I  don't know why Pinnacle always get singled out.  I would NEVER ask someone how many cruises or cruise points they had.  We are occasionally asked and we   say something vague like "we have a fair amount"   Would anyone walk around the air terminal and ask the passengers how many flights they take each year, or ask their airline status?

So weird, ... Last cruise a woman at our lunch table kept bragging that she  was on her 6th cruise.  At first I was happy she was so excited.  Then she  asked  everyone at the table  how many cruises they had.   Most had fewer than 6, some were new cruisers,     When she got to us we said our usual   "a fair amount"  She then said, again, that she had 6, so she wins!

Honestly, who cares?

M.

I read this and I wondered if I may have been accidentally “rude”, in asking folks how many cruises they have been on.  I love to meet other cruisers and hear about the places they have been.  We often join folks from our roll call on excursions and spend time sharing stories, never thought of it as rude to ask how many cruises they have been on.

LOL...it's like the SL transfer to CK at 5:30.  We call it the "Pinnacle March".  😉

We call that Pinnacle Parade, but March is good

Time to dust off my marching shoes. I'll be in that parade in a couple of weeks.

Depends on how many Pins onboard

2 cruises makes you an expert 🤔

Actually 3, two on Harmony and one on Allure in GS. Night and day difference when SL/CK overwhelmed with P’s as was the case on Presidents Cruise. So yea, that makes me have some idea regarding the level of service to Suite Guests. You were there. Don’t understand how you can defend the SL/CK situation when overwhelmed with Pins.

But none on Oasis, so you don't  have a basis to declare it's worse than Harmony.

Harmony was crowded on President cruise,  never, ever, said it wasn't. That was an anomaly and you were warned not to go.

Noro cruise Oasis had 42 pins, not overwhelmed at all. Plenty of JS passengers ate in CK.  Will be back in 3 weeks,  hopefully no Noro
