Was resolution ever attained with the picture you wanted from the art people on your other cruise?

Thank you.

Thanks, but no. We really didnt want it for $1100 anyway. Just another tale to laugh about

This is strange since we have MTD reservations for 6:00 for 6 of us every night for 9/15 cruise. Are we going to be pushed to 6:30?

You know, I'm not sure. Someone earlier said they had 6pm MTD as well.  I'll try and ask tonight

I am interested as well.  We also have 6 pm MTD reservations for the week of September 15th.

Are you sailing soon?

i’m wondering if I can get a 6pm  for MTD in March. And how early I could request it from rci dining.

I don't know if you have to wait till you’re onboard, but it looks like you didn’t have to.

A 6pm res would be perfect for my diabetic DH.

Here is what I found out.

Harmony added the Early seating at American Icon when she arrived in PC. They were supposed to quit offering 6pm MTD soon after, but have been honoring any reservations made prior to the switch. He indicated that the last of the 6pm reservations end this fall.

I'm curious what you've found out about the MTD at 6pm.  I also reserved all days at 6pm, except day 4 is 6:30 for Oct 13 sailing on Harmony.  The reservations show up on the Royal app, with correct reservations for each day.  But I got an email today saying I needed to make MTD reservations.  I checked the reservations on the computer and the 6pm reservations were not there.  Instead the earliest available was 8:30.  Of course I have already reserved all the shows knowing that our dinner reservations were at 6.  Thoughts?

Thanks John.  I wonder if this is a test for rollout to future ships or something just for PC and it’s particular demographics.  By adding that extra first seating they’ve increased the number of people doing early dining by more than 50%

Timing is everything, and as usual, mine is off!

6pm would have been great, but we’ll live with whatever we get.

I’ll still switch from early traditional to MTD and hope to get in later than 5 but early enough for the shows.

Here is a funny story.

I went down to Guest Services to get my SeaPass redone.  I wanted one of the blue Sky Class cards.

Gavin, the DL Concierge from our previous week was working the desk.  He asked how he could help me.

I told him what I wanted, and he looked at me and said "Why? The Gold card is better."

I told him I just wanted one that said SKY.  So he did it.

Slightly gloomy morning, but CJ is trying to keep us on schedule so we just power thru the storms

Breakfast in CK was the same food, different day.  It was good, but no need for more foodporn.

We did get to watch scuba class in the sports pool. Bummer they don't do this in the Aqua Theater

We arrived a little early, but as i mentioned back in real time, Empress was waiting for us.

Now this angle does favor Harmony, but it's nice to be bigger.

Costa Maya, from the pier.  I planned on going into the shopping area, but it started to rain a little so I headed back to the ship.

Enjoying the Harmony.

There are three free cabanas up on the suite sundeck. Yesterday 3 of them were unoccupied, but covered in towels.

One actually had some one in it.  I'll also add that there was only one other person up on Deck 17.

So rest assured, chair hogs exist everywhere.

In fact, there was more chair hoggin going on up there than in the three Deck 15 pools combined. 😂

Sports pool with unauthorized children in the hot tub. 😱

Harmony Solarium

The main hot tub is almost as big as the pools on Oasis and Allure.😉

Why all the complaining. 🤔

The much maligned plastic panes that make up the roof

You can actually get to the Solarium from Deck 14 forward.  This takes you to Adventure Ocean deck on Oasis and Allure.

Of course, that is not what it will be like once Oasis hits drydock in October. Details are still sketchy

Deck 14 plans don't show the King of the World viewing platforms. Kind of a secret

Does one wonder if they might tell people what they want to hear?  Suite Concierge told us just the opposite. Strange....

True, I'll agree with that.

But you haven't been on since they changed the cards

Yep. P’s used to have White cards. Now Gold like the other ships.  Suites and P’s share the same color card (Gold) on ships without the Sea/Sky/Star Classes.

We have a $uite on Adventure in December.  I'll be interested in seeing what we get.

Had the same experience with chair/cabana hogs in suite area.

Wanted a quiet shady spot to read. Well i just walked in sat down and read. No one ever showed up the entire time. 😉

The towels available up on the suites sun deck don't have to be checked out.  I guess they figure no loss (or fee) if they don't return them.  Yeah...oink..oink.  🐷
