Hey we didn't get invites for  the galley or bridge tours.  We have gotten them in the past when we were in balcony cabins but no invites this time.  Sad, so sad😇

Did you check with the LA on board?  Sounds like you got missed.

I don't do Galley tours...gives me nightmares of being back with "Useless Foods".  😮 I was a territory manager with US Foodservice before I retired.

No didn't even think about it

Dane's recipe is two lemons, honey, mix it up, add hot water, more honey.

The evening version adds Hennessy, probably less water

That sounds soothing.  I felt a sore throat developing on my last cruise and decided to try a remedy I'd heard about, Starbucks Medicine Ball.  It helped, but I'm sure my problem was a lot milder than Laura's.

do you know if there is any type of assistance available for people with mobility issues in Nassau

There is a shuttle that stops at the ship and brings you to the taxi area.  It is a free service that comes with a sermon from the driver which ends with him asking to "bless" him as you leave the shuttle.

I would guess that would be easy to do.  I probably would not have thought about it until much later either.  We like to do the bridge tours, but don't do them on every ship.  We do, however, always check off the meal with an officer.  Nice social thing to do on a sea day, and usually pretty good lunch.  🙂

We did get the invite for the meal with an officer but declined. Have done both bridge and galley tours in the past.

I can put up with a sermon if my wife doesn't have to walk too far, thanks. Is this service available to get back to the ship?

John, are going to have to relocate due to Dorian?

No word yet, but I doubt it.

Big party Saturday night for Bella's dog sitter.

I am not sure how late he works, but I do know he was there around 3pm when we went back to the ship.

I am not sure what we will do.One thought is to take our granddaughter on a horse drawn buggy ride. We did that before, the ride is only about an hour long.

I'll officially wrap this up now. Need to start focusing about Dorian on Sunday, and Mariner on Monday/Tuesday.

I figure the announcement should come tomorrow afternoon

The blue dot is my condo 😱🍾

We had a fun two weeks, ate good food, saw some good shows, met new people, saw old friends.

I still prefer CATS over Grease, but really like Columbus

Harmony has a better WJ than Oasis, but that may change in the refurb

I do like the adults only pool on Deck 15 better than the Solarium pool on Oasis

No umbrellas and tables in Beach Pool is a bummer

Spent way to much in the Spa. Probably $1,000 in the 2 trips

I don't see that continuing, but you never know

FWIW, it's the little things that matter

One of my favorite things on Royal Caribbean is the Apple Danish

Eat one every day, Laura brings me one home when she sails solo

Lately, the quality has been going downhill.

I'm pleased to say Harmony had the best ones in years

Fresh and full of goodness

This one is from CK, but they were good in all venues

This one is a little heavy on the glazing😁

I'll close with Harmony leaving me on Sunday afternoon.

We will be back in February

BTW, I believe @A&L_Ont is taking good care of her, thanks

Thanks for all the participation, it's no fun without it.

Must have been different set up then I guess.  Our card comes with the four selections  to check off and return to LA if we are interested.  Galley tour, bridge tour, theater tour, and the meal with an officer were the choices.

Yes, that's typical. That card never showed up. Most of our invites just came as messages on the TV
