I can live with that.

Now here's a PSA that might be TMI.

They have motion sensors for the lights in the men's room on 17. If you stay to long, you might end up sitting in the dark. 😉

How do you like the Central Park Interior View?  My daughter is booked in 9601 in March....do you know if its location is OK?

Forgot to answer your question. It should be fine. I think it's closer to forward elevators.  I just prefer the aft, closer to the food.

I'll try and get a picture of the view on turnaround day.

1. This is a THOROUGH review.

2. Please ask Laura what kind of dog is in the Ladies room,  If it is Bella, we are being cheated in the men's room.

3. It "might" get dark, or you know it gets dark?

4. TIP - wave your arms constantly while using the facilities, if there is more than one person using the restroom take turns

Top Tier yesterday 😉

I would re-post your picture to make a point, but....I indeed sure don't see Mr. Grumpy in that happy face photo at the upper tier.  😄

Doh! Thanks @HBE4.

You're welcome. Sometimes it's easy to miss a post on a popular Live review with a lot of postings.

I just happened to finish catching up when I saw your question and figured that John might be busy and not respond for awhile. Hope he doesn't mind.

It's all in the timing. 🙂

The download speed is not that important once you get to the current limit, latency is much more important.

Agreed.  Throughput is nice but ping is king.  Lower latency will produce a faster feeling experience compared to having twice the bandwidth.

The speed is per device and streaming most content is fine at 4Mbps or under.    While you might not want 4Mbps for your entire family at home, when everyone gets 4Mbps it's fine for the majority of use cases.  Buy a four device plan and everyone gets 4Mbps for a total of 16Mbps.

Most residential ISPs overstate what the average person needs at home in hopes of selling you a bigger package.  Gigabit when 40 - 50Mbps is adequate for the average family.

There are people in rural America would would love to consistently get 4Mbps.    Friends on a farm get 3Mbps DSL... when it isn't raining.  They survive.

@John&LaLa - any way you could let us know who the current CD is on Symphony? There's some confusion on the Cruise Director thread.

I forgot to ask if he is returning. I'll see if I can get that answered.

Hey John,  could you check how long Tony Scott, the DJ,  is going to be onboard? Thanks 🙂

I will try, but I'm sure he and I are on two totally different sleep schedules.

For some reason I think I talked to the DJ in an elevator on boarding day

The horses in the restroom outside casino are hilarious.  Size matters. 😉

How old do you think Barbs is?  I only ask as she’s cruised over 4,000+!   Talk about loyal to Royal 👍

I'm wondering how many ships officers don't have 4,000+ days.  Who you going to listen to a 30 something junior officer or Barb?  She probably hums the Wash Your Hands song without realizing it.  Yes, its jealousy.  God Bless her.

She's actually very nice. As I recall she hit 3000 points in September 2017, right before Laura hit 700
