I made a mini suite booking on the last $1 sale in October and then later changed to a suite. I hade to pay 10% as a deposit for the refare. I checked the Princess Sale add and no where did it say suites were excluded. I will check again on Tuesday. Thanks again.

I recently tried during the last $1 deposit sale.  If you book a WS or a suite, then the "sale" price is $100pp not 10% of the fare which is the normal deposit amount.  The $1 doesn't apply to suites. I was "told" this was standard.  You don't see it anywhere on the web site, but the reps. have it in their notes!  So probably if you go in and try to book a suite, it will show a $200 deposit.

Let's see if the actual prices go up tomorrow.    I have both the Enchanted and the Discovery booked (booked them on Oct 31 during the $1.00 deposit sale.)  Will see if prices are higher or lower with this new sale tomorrow.  And if I can pick up any additional perks.   What a game having to constantly check the prices. Oh well, thanks for the heads up.

Beats the game that airlines play. Book and be stuck with that price no matter how much lower the price may be during a sale.

Checked our Sep 2020 and price is the same as it has been recently, free Wi Fi is added but we usually do not use our free Platinum Internet minutes. For one day two weeks ago, our OV went down $100 pp, luckily we saw this and re-fared so the $1 sale would not help us. Oh and do I read above posts correctly, refaring to $1 would remove FCD and so lose OBC ?

According to the Princess rep I spoke with this morning, it also is not combinable with the casino discount, in case you're eligible for that.

Thanks for this bit of info.

I booked something for 2021 today for a mere $2, just to snag one of our favorite cabins.

We'll re-fare when this sailing qualifies for the 3 for free sale, which is combinable with my casino discount.

Why ship and sail date if you don’t mind me asking?

I just booked one and the price was about $69 more than the one I put a hold on yesterday. Also, the non refundable deposit banner came up as I was booking. No big deal though, it's a dollar.

ETA: That's so weird because when I look at the sale details, it said refundable deposit.

Our cruise that was on hold stayed exactly the same price so my PVP re-booked is and snagged the $2 deposit. Since it’s an R&R, the small OBC won’t be a concern as we don’t figure to do many excursions (just some walkabouts). We hardly drink and we don’t gamble. The wine and dinner are fine additions but I do believe it’s the first time I’ve seen WiFi added as a perk — and on a Medallion cruise! Nice! 😊
