Deluxe Drink Package!

Morning,

We are sailing in 99 days and I have been watching the prices for the Deluxe Drink package.  It was 51 p/p, but see that it has gone up to 55 p/p. In your experience, do you think it will go down again?  Much further?  How long should we wait before I buy it?  I can't remember what we paid last year, but I think it did go lower than this.  I know that you can buy it, then cancel and re-buy if it goes lower. I hope that I didn't miss the boat...

Prices seem to just go back and forth between 2 price points. $51 and $55 have been common ones on my recent past and future cruises. I would not expect lower than $51.

Just to be safe, I'd buy at $55, they're easy to cancel and rebook.

The sales seem to run in a steady cycle.  On our Liberty cruise the Deluxe Beverage Package has gone from $48 to $54 but mostly stayed at $51.  Just buy it now and cancel and rebook if it goes lower.  Royal will adjust their prices for each individual sailings.  It's very likely it will go back down but no guarantee it won't go higher.

Need to buy ASAP and then keep on checking price if it goes down you can call and get new price if it goes up you are locked into current price.

On our upcoming Allure cruise it is now at $48, that is the lowest it has ever been for our cruise.  OH!  + 18% gratuity.

$69 on our 4 day Navigator cruise March 2.  When we booked in January it was $60 then went to $65.  Does not include gratuity.

buy now. They jack the price for Spring Break knowing all those college kids only want to do one thing on a cruise...well two things but kids might read this.

I hadn't checked it since the first day I booked my May sailing on Grandeur, but thanks to this thread, I'm glad I did. The package dropped from $55 to $51. Every little bit helps! 🙂

Ours would fluctuate between $55 and $51 but it dropped to $48 so we booked it.  Haven't seen it any lower than that yet.

Got it for 48 on Radiance for May.  I paid 47 for adventure last Dec and Allure next Dec has been locked at 65 with no movement at all.

Oasis for end of August has been at 61 since  Black Friday.  Bought it and hoping it drops at sometime to 55 or 51.

Wow, I saw ours just went back to $51.  I'm trying to remember last years May cruise on the Allure. I think we may have payed 48 p/p but not sure.  Are the prices always higher in the summer?

Our upcoming sailing on March 1 on the Harmony has been hovering around $61 a day for a bit now, still that price this morning.  Haven't gotten the dining package to budge on price either, best price has been like $179 and $199.  If I had to purchase at the $61 I would skip it and pay as I go.
