Hi Lois, yes the shredded wheat is pretty much all carbs, sorry 😞  mine was the Trader Joes frosted, so with milk it's like 58 carbs 😞

I will stick with Cheerios.........🙂 and I haven't eaten frosted cereal in forever LOL

I can happily say it is raining again!  Remember, we have been in a drought for a long time so the rain is needed.

I have to send my laptop to a friend for fixing....have some software issues☹️....it is going there tonight and hoping

he gets it back to me by Friday......I don't own an IPAD but my phone works so I will check in from there.  Then,

I found out last night the battery on this laptop is no longer working☹️........(this is plugged in as I type)) I had to order

a new battery too.......siggghhhhhh.   If you ask,  how do I know its not working.....it was fully charged and when I got

up this morning? It was off........with -0- power.   What is the point of a lap top if you have to keep it plugged in?

The battery was only a year old (It was a replacement for the original one)............

Hope all of you are having a good day.

Hi Lois,  thanks for letting us know.... bleh, this is not the time to have laptop, internet or tv issues, right?

& good morning everyone!   I'm behind in my work....finding it very difficult to get motivated...  our office remains closed except for two hours a day for absolute emergency work

fashion wise, going to be totally honest here, wearing a torn,  cropped tank top that says "cocktails !" in a cheerful print & baggy underwear  ;)

Good morning

I am in Jean's with a lavender striped top. The stripes are narrow andon a slight angle.  I am having an iron infusion this morning.  It was supposed to be last week but got pushed back.

Have a good day everyone😀

I'm in workout clothes (and about to workout 😉 ) but it is a cute tank 😎

Heading to the grocery store today and will wear either print capris or a maxi skirt with a nice top - and mask 🙂

I"m thinking about doing the same :)  usually do evening runs but it's going to be hot today,  I have a few amazon returns to do, & I'm going to use the amazon locker return in Long Beach, so I think I'll go for a run on the pathway there :)   haven't been far from home yet so this will be interesting :)

Looks like the SpaceX Crew Dragon launch is a "go"!!!!   An hour away!!!   I don't know how I turned into such  space geek.  I think it was my visit to KSC 2 years ago, looking at Atlantis up close & personal, then watching some of the SpaceX launches online on their website, space.com.

My fashion today is in honor of the launch - I'm wearing my SpaceX Falcon Tshirt.

Great sandals (& boots) especially if you have plantar fasciitis issues

I live 45 miles from Mojave airport. I watched the Virgin Galactic testing years ago. After the launch I couldn't see a thing, so I called my dad in Florida who was watching it live on TV. His view was from the camera on board the escort jet. Dad gave me the play-by-play while those of us on the ground waited for the space craft to make it back to Mojave airport. It was such fun!

Cool!!!  Lot of good stuff out there at Mojave!!   Even during the Space Shuttle days, when I lived in So CA, it was exciting to see the Enterprise flying to Edwards on the back of the 747.  And, when flights started, hearing those "booms" as the Shuttles cross overhead.

Launch was scrubbed. They will try again Saturday.

Yep. Bummer.  I watched the whole thing for hours on spacex.com live feeds, all the way from when Bob and Doug (I love how they are always called by their first names!!) arrived at 39A, up the elevators, got in the Crew Dragon, waited and waited, to when they got back out of Crew Dragon, down the elevators and into the Teslas.

I sure hope the weather/lightning holds good for Saturday.  I'll wash my Tshirt to wear again on Saturday!!  And, it is cool to have even a little connection to it - got to go to 39A on my KSC bus tour.  It feels more "real" to see it again on TV.

We drove to Titusville and back...so many people. So many cars parked wherever they could be parked. It was street festival chaos! Really fun atmosphere though. We managed to park the car and be at the same park we were at for the night launch last summer. So disappointed that it was canceled due to lightning. Ah well.

We stayed well separated from everyone...my feet were at the water and we found some rocks to sit on in the brush LOL. It felt like groups were together and kind of sort of maintaining some distance...kinda? Ah well. Traffic was horrible but I always enjoy spending time with DH.

<first try failed>

I was going to say "why, look at all those mask wearers and social distancing behind you." 😉😀  Good to see your mask!!

Titusville??? Yikes!  I saw a photo from there today - hundreds of people, squished together like sardines, standing on the Mercer Bridge Causeway there.  No masks, no distancing.  Looked like a Darwin Experiment.  Hope you waited and waited if you had to go back over that!  And everyone does it again on Saturday...

slidergirl...IDK how familiar you are with the area? It sounds like you have friends here and visit? We weren't on a bridge...we were in a park along US 1 that is right there along the waterfront. Cars were double-parked all along the one side and every inch of available lawn landscaping and parking on the other side...double and triple parked...OMG. That's why I said it was chaos. We arrived just before 4, desperate for a bathroom... We managed to find a workable situation there that wasn't too scary...and in fact, was pretty darn good, all things considered. Then I managed to squeeze the car in front of another one at a corner, with probably less than ideal space between the front and the corner? But enough for the conditions! LOL. Late arrival...we were poised well for a decent getaway...but with that many people...the traffic was significant.

IDK if we'll go back on Saturday? Or how we'll work it this weekend. DH and I haven't talked about it. We'll see...
