You made me laugh.

I think some of the effected/infected took a time machine back from 2020, to live amongst us now.

It's gotta' be tough getting up in the morning to dwell on all the hysteria and bad news.  Don't forget they said brain damage that could show up 10 years from now.......

Nah,  Not really an issue for some of the people in Florida.

Thanks for mentioning California. The media only mentions Florida and Texas. That should tell people something. 😇

It seems people forget that little inconvient fact. There are now 10,000 more people out there spreading the disease. Its a very meaningful number.

Not to mention that the asymptomatic person that feels fine today may develop symptoms 2 weeks from now, go into the hospital 4 weeks from now and die 6 weeks from now. So let's not forget about that 4-6 week time lag.

Is it just me, or is that time lag getting longer🤔

It is getting longer probably because the average age of people with the virus has dropped so much. Younger people are more able to fight it off for longer.

Y'all won't be vindicated till we hit 1000 deaths per day😉

Sorry, just floored with recent comments that the deaths are a coming.

Maybe they are, maybe they aren't.

Brevard is +6 from yesterday. Our biggest spike of the pandemic. That's a total of 10 in 6 weeks, so it's getting worse.

Now Marion, my new domicile, was zero yesterday, only 12 for the pandemic. But it's not as touristy

I sure hope they do not happen.

The incubation period is two weeks?   Surely it’s a lot shorter than that.

I’m not for contact tracing, but if it were in play, talk about a major cluster tracking back two weeks.

You know, it's funny when we make fun of ourselves, not so much when you do.😉

It's like me making a Newfoundland joke, just doesn't work.

They've been saying that for a while, but I never brought it up

Some states are erroneously including positive antibody tests in with the current positive test results.  A recovered person is no longer capable of still spreading CV19 correct?

Jury still out on that, I wouldn't presume to be an expert

I did see an interesting video from Illinois that no matter the cause of death, if you test positive for Covid, your cause of death is Covid. Thats just wrong

I apologize for that.  I really do have some concerns about whats going on.  Florida is one of my favorite states.  Still remember our trip 2 years ago.  Stayed at the Grand Cypress in Orlando for a week.  What a great place.  Hit all the theme parks and then hopped onto the Harmony in Ft. Lauderdale.  I love Florida and the people so it really surprises me what's going on down there.  Spent my Honeymoon there almost 28 years ago.  We had plans to go back when the Star Wars hotel opens at Disney.  My parents ask me why I love cruising the Caribbean so much.  For me those cruises are so much more relaxing than our Europe ones.  Don't have much love for Nassau though.

Oh and btw, not offended at all about Newfie Jokes!  Love to hear more from anyone since i'm not a Newfie!

No worries, I'm a transplant anyway.

I almost said Newfie. I really can't recall any, I just know they exist.  Kind of like Yooper jokes in Michigan. Those are brutal.

I used to know Yukon jokes in college. Definitely not fit for mixed company

I guess we are a whole different kind of stupid down here.
