What are Diamond benefits that aren't listed?

Sorry if this has been asked but did a search and don't find what I'm looking for...I just spent an hour with the loyalty desk regarding my next 2 cruises. Cruise 1 I will be emerald and she explained I will receive:

Welcome beverage and snack (listed)

*50% off wine, beer or soda by the glass (not listed) - is this once per cruise?

*50% off specialty coffee (not listed) - same question

*Buy a specialty dinner and get a complimentary non-alcohol beverage (not listed) - same question

10% off $25 or more RC branded merchandise (not listed)

15% off spa services

Cruise 2 I will be diamond. She seemed uncertain about above and was TOTALLY unclear for the Diamond benefits - I know it includes 4 free drinks each day. She says it also includes 20% off bottles of wine. Can anyone answer the * questions and is there anything not published she didn't mention? TIA

As for the once per cruise questions, Yes, once.

Other Benefits: 1) Love and admiration of your fellow cruisers and staff members.

2) A little extra kissing up to you in the casino, perhaps.

3) Extra opportunities to feel like you should tip a little more.

4) Less people pointing and laughing at you when you trip in the hall

5) There might be something else, but it's been a while.

The Diamond Lounge is nice. There's a concierge who can help with advice or any problems. They serve hors d'oeuvre in the evening and a continental breakfast in the morning with good coffee . Your four drinks a day can be used anytime, and in most bars. Your 50% drink is just once per cruise, nice to splash out on an expensive glass of wine.

There will be a list of benefits in your room

Thanks for this - especially that there will be a list in the room and the wine suggestion. I called and spoke to someone at loyalty who was very unclear and put me on hold for 30 minutes to find out whether I can talk to the Loyalty Ambassador on board if my Diamond isn't listed for cruise 2 - there are only 3 days between cruises. She said things like "Emerald gets 50% off beer, wine and soda" and "Diamond gets 20% off beer, wine and soda". When I questioned how that could be and suggested that she meant 20% off a bottle of wine, she agreed. I got the idea she knew only a little more than I do and was trying to read off a list but getting the different tiers confused. I tried search here as I said and the posts that came up really had nothing to do with those benefits not available to see on the website. I had just been reading here about BOGO dinners and other things but no outline of everything I might be eligible for. Found out today the BOGO is for Diamond+ which I'll be just a few credit short of when I've sailed all that I've booked. I'm not concerned about "status" -  I have "status" with 3 other cruise lines and only care about the benefits they get me. 🙂

These are the Diamond benefits.

Of course, if the ship you are sailing does not have any of these venues, it may vary.

Thank you! Very helpful. I'll be Emerald on Odyssey, Diamond on Harmony but this gives me a good idea of what's available

Bring documentation of your first cruise, the points won't be added that quickly.  Bring it to the Loyalty Ambassador on board.

I became a Diamond member in Sept and sailed Oasis in October and will be on Symphony in a few weeks.   How do I get the free day/$22.99 off the internet package?

You only get that once onboard.  When ordering, your coupon will appear on the app.  What we do (2 diamonds sharing a 1 device plan) is use cell service the first day, because you are in range most of the day.  One of us will use the free day for day 2.  On day 3, the other will use the $ off the internet package for the remainder of the cruise.

Prices are usually higher onboard, so even using this method may be the same as purchasing at discount rate pre-cruise.

Balcony discounts start at Platinum.  Only the amounts change.

Amounts here:

I forgot, if I retroactively want to apply this benefit, will the cruise fare be repriced to current fares?
