Yes, it was a St Kitts government tour.  I've got turd Internet for hours now. I promise I'll catch up. Here's a little quiz for you guys. One person got kicked off the ship in St Kitts and one person signed up for a third week onboard. Guess which one is your girl? 🤔

So I’ll see you on December 5?

Are you connected to the airport's wifi right now?

I'm loving your report so far. Hopefully your trials and tribulations are behind you! Please stay on the ship as long as possible. I'm not cruising until late February and need the entertainment. Also, hoi polloi is a term that should be used much more frequently. 😂

Side note, I had terrible swelling on my last cruise.  My legs, thick as tree trunks usually, were much worse, to the point of being painful to the touch.  I read all the threads here on CC about how to avoid swelling and decided to do ALL the things.

just as a side note: we had all swollen pretty badly until I started bringing magnesium with us. I have to take extra anyway, so it wasn't a big deal.

Also, my parents opted for low/no sodium dinners at MDR, and that may have helped as well.

After lunch, I finally started working on my review and, as you know, I had a lot to get off my chest.  I worked on it until time for pre dinner cocktails.

Apparently, there’s a surveillance camera in my room, watching me trip over the Evian.

If you haven’t ordered an Evian coffee table yet, I highly recommend it.

Ryma had an Espresso Martini and I had a Greyhound (vodka and grapefruit).  I asked if I could have gin instead and Ryma said get Tangueray.  Good looking out, Ryma, it was delicious!

Despite all that, or as we say in Boston, irregardless, I decided to only drink bottled (canned) water, and, as much of it as I can.  I also got a prescription for Lasix, bought compression stockings (fancy ones with zippers!), got cherry capsules with celery seed, I’m planning on putting my legs up in the air three times a day (insert your own joke or anything else you’d like to insert).  I’m avoiding soup, ice, as much as possible, and eating as much fruit and vegetables as possible.   Even with the scooter, I’m trying to walk as much as I can every day. Of couse, the problem with doing all the things is, if it works, I won’t know what worked.  I’ll have to continue all the things on every cruise.

Assume that you have been evaluated by a specialist physician at home.  Perhaps  you need another physician visit to a vascular physician.  Certainly avoid the salty and fried foods.

Maureen, check back in and let us know you're alright. If anyone is on the Harmony find Maureen and let us know she's ok. Thx

She was on a B2B2B. Thx.

We are all still wearing masks...still can't find her.  Or perhaps did...but did not know who she was.  😉
