I just received an invite through this program. We don't gamble on board so I was a little leery of it's legitimicy but reading these posts I guess it is legit. That being said, mine says for a Caribbean criuse but I am on the west coast. Do they ever swap out selections to maybe Mexico or something in the West?

UPDATE: Thanks to this group, I was able to determine this was a legit offer AND when I called, the agent allowed me to pick a Mexico cruise woohoo! I told him I had heard that Mexico was offered up the prior week or too. At first he said no, but I guess he realized he could do it! So I will be going over Halloween. Dia de los Muertos is Nov. 1,2 and we will be in Puerto Vallarta.

I called the BCC 1-866-461-7170 and paid $20 pp for Aqua class .

May I ask, were you already a member of the BCC with "status"? The reason I ask is that when I called and asked about an upgrade to Aqua Class, it was going to cost approximately $3,500 more (for two people). I am Elite Plus but have never gambled on a Celebrity cruise.

Does anyone know the rhyme or reason as to who gets these offers?  I’ve been on 66 Celebrity cruises, gamble a modest amount to be Onyx level and nothing. No email offers. Nada. I admit I’m jealous and not a little bit frustrated as I have 9 upcoming cruises in the next year and would love to change one of them to use an offer like this.  Thoughts?

Celebrity could be sending out these offers to those who have not cruised since COVID or by lottery for cruises which they are having a difficult time filling.

I have not sailed since Dec 2018 and have cancelled 5 cruises due to COVID lockdown.  I have dropped at most $100 on slot machines across all my cruises.  It shows that I am "Pearl".  We did book mainly in Sky Suites and Aqua.

Call the Blue chip Club and ask for a rate on your upcoming cruise.

You should also seek out the casino host on your next cruise and ask what level of play they are looking for.

I tried to switch to a Mexican Riviera cruise today and was told I could not switch.  🙁. Airfare to Florida is killing the deal.

Funny, we're having the exact opposite situation. Airfare to LA from East coast in February is through the roof, minimum $550/rt/pp, up to $900pp!!! That's craziness! You can fly to Australia or Asia from the East coast for that price !

THIS ⬆️ Call.

I was you at one time and never got offers for long periods but I would call and sometimes there would be something on file for me, other times they would offer a discount (which is off rack rate of All In and Refundable Deposit).  If discount, they will ask what cruise you are interested in and price it to let you know what offers come up.  No harm in calling ... nothing ventured nothing gained.

There is absolutely NO rhyme or reason for offers being mailed out, there might be more guarantee of something for high gamblers but outside that it is random mailouts.  Others that I cruise with and whom equally entertain themselves in the Casino get different mailouts, when we've all called we had similar things on file.  Sometimes they get an email, sometimes we both get email, sometimes only I get email.  So I've learned to call if I have a cruise in mind just to check.

I really wish the new Caribbean offer included 2023 dates. We already have our cruise booked for 2022.

We already have a cruise booked for January, but are still taking a free cruise in December.  Free is free!  Nice to be retired.

Any airfare across the country is ridiculous!  I love sailing the Caribbean, but adding airfare, hotel and meals to the cruise price kills the pleasure fast!  LOL. Cheaper to drive to the ship in LA.

You could try signing up for the BCC on celebrity website. Then give it a couple days and call back and try again. that might work but it might not

Just called and made a reservation for our free Caribbean cruise. Surprise, the agent answered on the 1st ring. He wanted me to fill out the form and send it in, but I explained the cruise we wanted was leaving in less than 1 month and we need to make flight reservations, etc. After forwarding our email, he made the reservation for us, so here we go.
