Semi Live Review of Drinks and Cocktails on Millennium 4/14
My fiance and I are taking our first cruise together aboard the Millennium tomorrow. We've decided to post a review together of all the drinks and cocktails we have. We missed a good picture of the first one, but hopefully this will suffice.

A vegetarian on Edge: 4/3-4/10 live(ish) recaps
I am mostly a lurker here but have found everyone’s reviews so helpful I decided I wanted to do the same! My husband and I are in our early 30’s, from Boston, no-kids, laid back travel style- love food and nature. Hubby is camera shy (wouldn’t want his pics online) so most of my photos will be of food and because I have basic internet smaller size unfortunately- sorry about the pics I had issues rotating too!

Semi-Live April 6-Scarlet Lady
We’re back!!! Decided to do a second sailing on the beautiful Scarlet Lady. Got such a steal using our Sea Blazers coupons from our 2021 sailing and then the $200 JLO credit- this was too good to pass up. This sailing goes to Nassau and Bimini. We have an excursion booked for Bimini to snorkel with sharks. Eeeek. And then in Nassau  we plan to stay on board- maybe spa day?

LIVE 4/2 Mardi Gras--Another lemonade from lemons cruise
... so on Tuesday morning we both booked cabins on the Mardi Gras.  We were lucky they had three Havana insides for us as they are traveling with two teens.
It's been over ten years or so since I've sailed on Carnival.  The last one was on the Pride from Baltimore.  I am very excited to go back and be on this new ship.  It looks amazing.  Please feel free to offer some tips and advice.  Although this is my 41st cruise, I am not a Carnival expert and appreciate any little nuggets of wisdom.
Since the booking was made the same week as sailing, we are waitlisted for anytime dining.  If we don't get this, we will be ok with late seating.  It's been quite sometime since I've had a set dining time on a cruise (I think the Pride) so that will be different.

Life and live from Zuiderdam's 10-day Mex Riviera/Sea of Cortez cruise
Leaving tomorrow for a less than two hour drive, barring unforeseen heavy traffic on a Sunday, southbound to San Diego and boarding ms Zuiderdam at 1:00 PM for her 10-day Mexican Riviera / Sea of Cortez cruise and looking very much fwd to it! Haven't been to Loreto and Pichilingue / La Paz in several years so we will see if things have changed there. Got our negative Covid-19 PCR tests yesterday at a local urgent care clinic, so that's out of the way. Packing later today. If interested, travel along with us 😉

LIVE from the Grand Princess: RT LA to Hawaii 4/4/22 - 4/19/22
Welcome aboard this LIVE  from the Grand Princess thread. We will be sailing RT from LA to Hawaii. This has been a long-awaited cruise for my mom, brother and SIL. We had originally booked a B2B out of LA on the Royal in April 2020, but we all know how that turned out. 🙄.  Numerous cancellations and rebooks later, and FCCs coming out of the woodwork, here we are.

Today, we received our third consecutive Negative Antigen test result, in three weeks.  We are ready for another back-to-back!  Our 7 yr old granddaughter and her parents will be joining us for the 2nd voyage.

Last night, we were advised by an onboard crew member that the passenger count for the Apr 2nd sailing is at 3,200+!  With 500 passengers under the age of 18.  It will be a busy ship to be sure.

Navigator April 1-8 Bridgetown - Live Cruise Report
Hey everyone! There was some interest in posting a report for the latest Navigator cruise: Bridgetown round trip. I'm just getting this thread started so I feel motivated to post later 😀.

A little about me: I'm in my late 30s and I'm traveling with 2 friends of similar age. We are all family men but left our families behind on this one. They will definitely be missed greatly but that's just how this trip worked out. We are staying in a grand suite. I'm not an avid cruiser, but I do enjoy it thoroughly. I've been on 3 cruises in my life but never a luxury cruise. My 2 traveling friends have been on 1 other cruise between them.

Live from Gem 3/30
Platinum member who cruises solo , wife hates cruising !!.
I am easy going , love NCL and normally roll with any hiccups that occur . I’ve seen some comments about food quality etc on board so I was interested in checking it out.

Travelled from CT yesterday and had an easy check in . The line was well controlled and most people wore masks inside the terminal . There were some pockets of people that did not wear masks .

Live From Eurodam March 30 until April 10
Hello Everyone, now that we passed the covid tests I thought that I would start a live from thread.

We previously had booked the March 20 ten day itinerary but cancelled because of the protocols that were in place when final payment was due.  I did state the reason for the cancellation.  We received a very enticing offer to sail again but resisted until the protocols were updated to something we were more comfortable with abiding by.  So we booked the 11 day itinerary and am very much looking forward to being on a BHB once again.

Cruise Critic on Silver Dawn! What do you want to know?
Hi all! I just boarded Silver Dawn in Lisbon for a short "shakedown" cruise of this new vessel. We are visiting all Portuguese ports, touring the Otium spa and doing some S.A.L.T. tours. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to find the answers and post photos.

Silverse Dawn Maiden Voyage and Naming Ceremony; March 31st - April 18
As good friend Rich Wiseman often says before one of his cruises, "am going to set the table for my next Silversea cruise," even though it's a few days prior to embarkation.

A sign of the times for beginning any new voyage in the Covid era--will be leaving in shortly to take my Covid PCR test. Assuming a negative test result tomorrow--will then fly to Lisbon to join Silversea's newest ship, The Silver Dawn for it's maiden voyage (17 day) Lisbon to Rome on April 1st.   Have been fortunate to be invited by Silversea to attend the formal Silver Dawn Naming Ceremony during a black-tie gala event in Lisbon March 31st. A ship’s naming ceremony is a milestone occasion, steeped in tradition, on which a cruise line officially welcomes a new ship to its fleet. The event will be hosted by Roberto Martinoli, President & CEO of Silversea cruises with the company of Jason Liberty, President and CEO of Royal Caribbean group.

Live-- Enchantment of the Seas 8-night SE Coast and Perfect Day: March 25- April 2, 2022
Join us as we set sail on the Enchantment of the Seas for the 4th time tomorrow.  The last time we sailed Enchantment was in March of 2012 before she left Baltimore.

This will be our first cruise since March of 2020. We were on a scheduled B2B on the Grandeur of the Seas when cruising stopped.  We completed the first cruise, a 12-night Southern Caribbean cruise.  We were turned away from all but 2 islands and the Maryland Governor closed the port of Baltimore.  But he made an exception for the two ships still at sea.  We were very thankful. It was the most unusual cruise we have ever been on, but we had a good time. . . . and there was no Covid on the ship. The second cruise [same itinerary as this one] was cancelled.  Fast forward 2 years and 8 days and we are back!

Live from the Joy (Hello, Gary!)
Just boarded. Got tested at Pot of Miami
 Took 20 minutes. No waiting.

There was no special room room for Havenistas (Do you like that? I am going to patent it LOL) to gather before getting on the ship.

Even though you watched the safety video, you are still required to go to muster station. Your card will be scanned to prove that you went.

Up on 17 in (OF COURSE !) the bar.  Sipping some Veuve. Took four bartenders to handle the crowd.

Lunch and wine are calling...

Live Review Allure 4/10/22-4/16/22
Hello - it's time for another live review!

I'm CatLadyFemme, a professor at the University of Michigan, a cat lady (obviously, with four cats and one cat like blue nose pittie across our two homes), and a moderately experienced cruiser. I am disabled/live with chronic pain, and so walk with a cane, plus I am a vegetarian and have Celiac disease, so am super duper gluten free.

Getaway "semi-live" limited NY-Florida (PC)-GSC-Nassau 3.27.2022
Starting this for the week, it's been more than 2 years, our last cruise was December 2019 just before the pandemic wave exploded shortly thereafter - we opted to skip upgrading, having a balcony is nice and good enough for the week, as of yesterday or 1 day to embarkation, the "Upgrade Advantage" offer was still showing up, LOL.  Haven & Spa club/balconies and suites basically sold out, upgraded, etc.  Will post from time-to-time on interesting items to share, leave comments or questions - will read, post or best effort to answer.

Traffic is good & smooth, going be there before 10.

Real-Time Review by SthrnGary of the NCL Joy, March 19, 2022, Cruise in “Haven Lite”
Overview:
I simply can’t help that I love to cruise. It started on my Honeymoon 42 years ago. For decades I have done business travel extensively by myself.  Therefore, I am familiar being alone on the road.  Since my forced retirement four (4) years ago, I have traveled very infrequently.  We took an epic family vacation for our 42nd wedding anniversary in November 2021. My family and I were in the Haven on the NCL Joy.  It took four (4) cancelations, three (3) itinerary changes, and three (3) ship changes to get there.

Not Terribly Live From the Sky Princess Moroccan Passage
Well, my first Princess “Live” thread has begun closer to the end of the trip, rather than the beginning, but better late than never.  We received notice a few days before sailing that we wouldn’t have internet so it was no surprise when it didn’t work.  Princess is obviously well aware of the problem...

Navigator LIVE! March 20-April 1
Sunday, we boarded Navigator in Barbados for one of the Regent 30th Anniversary Cruises.  This will be my first time back on Navigator since fall of 2018.  I have been fortunate to cruise on her for about 200. nights.  So looking forward to getting back on and cruising the Caribbean.  I doubt I will be posting many photos.

If you have any questions regarding Navigator or the voyage, I will do my best to reply.  Others will be on the ship as well, so maybe they will reply here as well.
