The ETA is calculated based on it's speed of 19.7kts now. They will slow way down as they approach the coast.

Bayonne is UTC-5 hours. So, wouldnt 10:30pm 11/9 Eastern Time equal 03:30 UTC 11/10? I know this is a moot point as ship will adjust as needed for arrival.

I wouldn't take the 3:30UTC arrival estimate seriously. She's around 200 miles out and certainly can't travel that far in 3 hours.
