Good morning from McCarran International Airport. Easy 10 minute drive to the airport and now that we have Global Entry/TSA pre check that all went smooth too. We have Delta plus seating and purchased our air tickets through Hal but Delta will not allow us to pay the difference and bump up to Business Class unless we cancel our flight and pay full fare of $3600 pp one way......craziest thing I have ever heard. I had hoped with seeing several Business class seats open they would make an offer. Oh well we do have Delta Plus for the first segment and from ATL to Rome I have it but Tom s three rows behind me in Preferred.

It's amazing how busy McCarran is at 6am on a Wednesday morning.

 

Thank you all so much for the Well Wishes. For us this will truly be Cruise and Trip of a life time. I think in many ways it will feel like our very first cruise and we will be in awe of everything.
