because I booked with two different agencies, I have two different cabins, and two different packages (drinks, internet). I do not know if they will make me check in again or if it will be possible to have the card of the b2b for the authorities to be able to go back immediately by ship.

Booking with 2 different agencies should not be a problem for your B2B cruise.  You can talk to Guest Relations on week 1 but I'm sure they know you are B2B.  You will also get a disembarkation questioner where you indicate you are a consecutive, B2B cruiser.

It might be too late now but Celebrity typically gives a small discount on both parts of the B2B.  You should contact your agencies and see if you can still get this.  on a 7 day cruise it is $50 US.

thanks, I read the posts of discounts, but I do not think it is valid for Italy, however I will ask the agency of the second week.
Great if the customer service will make me the card to go back immediately!
Thank you very much!

Also, it's my understanding that if you have both refundable and nonrefundable OBC they will use the refundable first.

This is true if you don't specify which OBC you want your expenditure charged to.  When last we had both refundable and nonrefundable OBC on our account, we asked all of our expenditures be applied to nonrefundable OBC first.  They will do this if you ask.

When you are doing your online checkin, they will be asking your transportation plans before and after each cruse.  For after the  cruise there is an option to choose 'consecutive cruiser', telling them that you are staying on for the next cruise.  On the first cruise, tell your cabin steward that you are staying on for the next cruise, but in a different cabin.  He should coordinate the move with the steward in the area of the other cabin.  EM

X always applies charges to non refundable OBC first, even if you don't ask in our experience. We've never asked and each time there was OBC left on the last day it's been the refundable OBC. It certainly doesn't hurt to ask if it will make you feel more secure however.

I have had the opposite experience. This summer, Celebrity used my non refundable obc first, and ultimately credited the remainder of my refundable obc to my CC. This must be their policy, as I did not need to request it.

Each line is different. If your refundable OBC is more than $25 on Princess then they will mail it to you in 4-6 weeks. Just got off emerald princess last week.

The 4-6 week refund by Princess is only to US clients, you have to claim it if you live in UK. I had to ring Southampton before mine was refunded by cheque.

EM

perfect! thanks!

I'm asking the second agency if I can have the first week's cabin, so I don't move the clothes!

Hello All!

today I ask you a new question.
I booked the next cruises at different times, with two different agencies, but one consecutive to the other. I have the next cabin, so I'll ask the housekeeper to move the men to the morning of the landing between the first and second week.
However, I have this strange case: the first week promotion go best, the second week promotion go big bev.
I'm wondering if it was possible to use the 300 dollars of the first week, to pay the service fees of the second week.
Who could I ask if you've never had one before?
Thank you very much!

I have this idea don't know if it will work: In the first leg purchase some shore excursions for the second leg, then when the second leg starts 24 hrs before the start of the shore excursion cancel it, they will credit to your onboard account of the 2nd leg.

yes, I could do it but I should give an address (could I maybe with the hotel where I stay before the cruise?)

You can use your own address with the US Travel agents, one of them even has freephone numbers from most countries in Europe.

I have never had to give a US address when booking through my US TA.

Sorry, but it will not work. First leg OBC can only be used for purchases for the first leg.

Also, second leg shore excursions do not become available for on-board purchase until the first day of the second leg - regardless of your desired form of payment. However, you can still buy them over the internet up to a couple of days prior to the beginning of the second leg using a credit card or Celebrity OBC for the second leg.

Don't worry this will all get sorted out onboard.  During the first cruise just pop in to guest relations at some point when it's not crowded and explain your situation.  If they don't already have it noted they will take care of it then.  Also discuss with your stateroom attendant early in the first cruise, they will tell you what you need to do and will assist with moving to your new cabin if required.

You can purchase onboard shore excursion for future cruises and they give you a 10% discount

That is true, however you may only use OBC to pre-purchase shore excursions with OBC from that particular cruise. You can't use OBC from one cruise to pre-purchase excursions for a different cruise.

Doesn't matter, B2B is a loose term that really has no official meeting, it just simply means that you are going on two cruise back to back.  You are doing a back to back and you have to understand that both cruises are treated totally and completely different in all respects.

so I'm supposed to get off, queue up and reload?

Thank you, it's that I would have preferred to handle everything from here because I don't get along very well with the language.  :classic_blush:

flipflap, you should be able to find someone who speaks Italian at the Guest Relations desk -- maybe even more than one person,.  They will be able to explain everything to you.  If there is no Italian-speaking person at that desk, they will work to find someone on the staff who can meet with you whenever you have concerns or questions.

I believe there is always an "International Host" aboard who is fluent in many languages.  If you wish to stay on the ship on the transition day you will be told to meet somewhere on the ship and then be escorted off the ship, through immigration and then back on the ship.  Process doesn't take long.
