malony33 Posted December 4, 2018 #1 Share Posted December 4, 2018 This has probably already been asked and answered, but I haven't been here for a while. Caught the flu for the 1st time ever, then developed complications. I'm finally more like myself, and Celebrity cruising and fellow cruisers are on my mind. So... which ships are going to be"revolutionized" first, or has Celebrity laid out an order/timetable for the whole fleet?

wrk2cruise Posted December 4, 2018 #7 Share Posted December 4, 2018 This Cruise Critic article has about the best descriptions of the planned changes as I have seen to date: https://www.cruisecritic.com/articles.cfm?ID=521
AtlantaCruiser72 Posted December 5, 2018 #8 Share Posted December 5, 2018 I would not expect new deck plans to be released until AFTER the Millennium completes her Revolutionizing ....... RCI as a corporation does not like to reveal the nitty-gritty details of changes until after the fact as a general rule.
Barn Goddess Posted December 5, 2018 #9 Share Posted December 5, 2018 Thank you for sharing! We are on Equinox for the 6/29 sailing in an aft corner Sky suite. (Our first time in a suite!). Muffinz Posted December 10, 2018 #14 Share Posted December 10, 2018 We went to a cruise expo recently in Auckland - mainly to see if Celebrity had any good specials on future cruises (but they didn't) we went to a talk run by celebrity cruises and they mainly talked about Edge and the Revolution - they showed several images of what the new dining rooms / staterooms...etc... will look like. to me it just looked like the staterooms were going to be white in colour and to be honest it all looked a bit bland... StillLooking4Adventure Posted December 10, 2018 #17 Share Posted December 10, 2018 I don't know if it is a typo or not but they show the Reflection moved back a whole year to 2024. That would be strange.
clskinsfan Posted December 10, 2018 #18 Share Posted December 10, 2018 I am booked on the Summit for January 2020 in a sweet 16 cabin. Glad to hear that she will be updated before our cruise.

That would be a shame! The cannot add the Infinite Veranda, as the ships structure will not allow it. Exoskeleton vs endoskeleton design as Celebrity referred to it when they were building the Edge. So, the balconies will stay.
