Well, to be fair the US$49 does include hot chocolate. And is the extended version over the side of the ship.

 

It's only for a limited time and RCL have a habit of charging for premium, time limited situations instead of just giving it for free to those who get in early and book the complimentary offering. Just like the key experience and others they're always looking for ways to extract more dollars from the passenger for a limited experience.

Unfortunately no, we don't board until  January,.

Due to an illness had to cancel our planned 29 day Maasdam cruise last year.

Yes, we are  both well.

It was good to see Maasdam in Port Chalmers today, spoke with  some folk who are on the current cruise, Maasdam will berth at Lyttelton tomorrow.

Sea Princess did a rare treat today and docked at the International Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay.

Sadly after this weekend we wont get anymore brilliant morning arrivals of cruise ships when "morning robbery" time starts. I am hoping to see Golden Princess arrive in a few weeks and with a bit of luck will get to see it arrive when it is not dark.
