Well Jade was a first for me, too. I never had a pet that didn't bond with me quickly. I felt a little insulted.

Funny thing talking about hiding places. Jade would use one until I found her. She was smart enough to know that once found she had to find a new one and she would not use the found one again.

Is that the place that is famous for people getting married?

It certainly seems so....

Yes! In fact, people have been marrying here since 1710 in Gretna Hall Historic Marriage House and since 1754 in the Gretna Green Famous Blacksmiths Shop. Today, nearly 3,500 couples tie the knot every year and about 200 couples renew their vows.

But look at the plastic bands they put in so you cannot recline all the way back and make this a lounger.

Balcony furniture is brand new.

Plastic bands? That seems silly since the chair clearly has those “stoppers” for different reclining heights.
Got scissors? Snip-snip! 😇

Lots of couples still get married here.

We said hello to a couple today who were getting married there.

The England Scotland border is in Gretna.

Gretna Green is 75 miles from our home.

It also seems that the Scots are much more lenient towards divorcees....

In 1992, Princess Anne remarried in Scotland, whose church does not consider marriage a sacrament, and sidestepped the Church of England's restriction on divorcees remarrying.

[I was under the impression that Gretna Green is a shopping mall... Luckily, Bob @bobmacliberty asked the question and "saved my reputation" 😉]

Those would be quickly cut.  I know there was a thread on this but what was the real reason. Seems crazy.
