I had a wonderful evening at a tasting of Keeper’s Heart. They are a new distillery in Minneapolis. They lured away from Ireland master distiller Brian Nation.

 

 

He is a legend and was the master distiller at Jameson, Middleton Rare and Teiling Irish Whiskey. He is now making a combination of Irish and American Whiskey and also Irish Whiskey and American Bourbon.
 

 

I had him sign a bottle for me and got a selfie. Great guy and oh so smart. If you get a chance a see a bottle grab it as it’s really good.

For those that weren’t tired yet, there was an After Party back at across the street from the hotel where we had the Rehearsal Dinner for more dancing, tacos, and drinks.  Son and his friends DJ’ed that event.

We are on the last charter on Below Deck Mediterranean in Malta on UK TV which will probably finish tonight or tomorrow night as it is shown nightly Monday - Friday here.

Big people like him can have a lot of muscle mass but not, necessarily, a lot of cardio-vascular fitness. They can even have CV fitness but not for a new activity. Have a swimmer run a flight of stairs and see what happens. It all depends on their training history.

Congratulations to the newlyweds.    What a wonderful venue for their wedding.   Everything looks perfect.   Wow,  Fireworks too!!!

I wish I was going on that one, but I will have to live vicariously through them for a while.  I hope no one plans to pick up any drugs on that cruise while in Mexico.  I just saw a story that a very high percentage of the drugs were either fake, or were laced with meth or fentanyl.

We usually record and watch the next evening skipping through commercials.

 

I must have been daydreaming, I cannot believe or figure out why Maddi was picked.  I thought it would be Brandon, or the girl who went on the other island for awhile.( Remember I cannot remember names for heck).

 

Anyway, this season might be known as "Season 44, survivors Boo Boos"

I picked up some pharmaceuticals in Cozumel in January.  Looked on the package, and it was made less than an hour from my house! LMAO
