I find the itineraries underwhelming.  I'm glad I went for the saga black sea cruise out of Southampton in May. 

I agree that they seem underwhelming but I would be interested if anybody can make any workable itineraries for a 14 max night round cruise from /to Southampton that visits different ports from those we are used to that are capable of taking ever larger ships The location of the UK doesn’t help.

That's a very fair point. And to be honest, even if some interesting new, attractive small destinations could be found, the charm of these places would be destroyed when 3000 Brits disembark.

That's why  I  think the 19 day cruises give you so much more time in the med

I agree but there are many who cannot take enough time off work for a 19+ day cruise and of course they tend not to be cheap. The 3 days to get to and from the med are not to everyone’s liking which I guess is why Malta has become a base for fly cruises.

Absolutely.   Trouble is that cruisers still working have trouble taking that amount of holiday, which I guess us why P&O don't do many cruises of that length.

In 2022 she is sailing 3 x 12 night, 1 x 14 night and 1 x 16 night itineraries, so a bit more choice.

I see the release is for summer 2022.  Can I ask what date that goes up to and also when cruises beyond then are likely to be released?  We have an interest in longer cruises, perhaps round S. America or a sector of a world cruise, but other autumn/winter cruises could be of interest to us as well.

This release will probably cover the European summer cruises up to about mid October. The Caribbean transatlantic cruises will be the first in the 22/23 winter cruise season which will end in March 2023, and probably be released sometime in March next year.
