Let me ask you a question--I got over $1k in cc credits from RCL.  Not expecting any credits as the only cruise booked is Easter '21 and all prior cruises booked have been reconciled.  Is there a number that I can call as the CS is useless.

What do you mean by cc credits.

Clearly the DL should become the PL.

Solo in a solo cabin 2 points

Solo in a double occupancy cabin 4 points

Solo in a suite 6 points.

all per day.

So a brand new solo cruiser can book a b2b (14 days) in a JS and receive 84 points = instant Diamond status. And some here think this won't cause a change in the C&A program re lounge access?

I'm assuming he has the rcl visa card like chase offers. I used to have it. You can use credit card pts to pay off your cruise or obc. Cc equals credit card (pts)

No, simply 10 separate credits and one is for .30 cents from RCL posted to my Chase Sapphire card.  Chase has no idea.

Oh I had the one that had a  picture of rcl ship and said royal caribbean.

But knew cc was credit card, worked for amex, we also typed cc for credit card.

Terrific deal, especially if that person is a casino player and those junior suites were comped.

Lots of people have been able to use the casino to increase their levels, but this is really fast.

Great... and add free and comped points to this equation

Stock dilution ..  makes being D or D+ mean nothing.

So will the fact that there will be many more making it to Pinnacle dilute the Pinnacle experience?  What do you think @Milwaukee Eight😇  @John&LaLa

I’m not sure what  the “pinnacle experience“ means however if other people are the same category as me, why would I care.   As long as each level does not lose its benefits, why would anyone care if others are able to enjoy benefits also.

It is an amazement to me how they can announce double points and some act like they are offended. My favorite ones are the posts that say...."they shouldnt count for existing bookings......they shouldnt count for anything below suites...it will add to lounge over crowding...."

My thought was ...wow! Great news!...After all, we have 15 cruises booked for next year although we doubt many will sail. Who knows when Europe will open? Annie and I just roll with it.We get all our points one day at a time....the old fashioned way. Had we done all our sailing on RCCL we would be Pinnacle by now, but we didnt. We have no complaints.

I still think it's funny that we can get double points for cruises that may or may not happen at all in 2021?  😮

Sure...dole out those points on imaginary cruises.  Hahaha!  🤪🤣

Hey Ellen...I have a spoon too!!  😄 😄  Just in time for Halloween!!

My solution, give d+ 5 drinks on their card, and pinnacle.

Make dl into pinnacle lounge. I would like access, but I'm thinking social distancing being required and people were complaining before.

Or better yet, I think there should be a level between d+ and pinnacle. Pinnacle seems so unreachable if you dont always cruise rcl. I vote for sapphire or tanzinite level as a name. Going with gem stone theme.

It could be the sapphire lounge instead of diamond. I think my idea is good.

On my Snowbird itinerary on Adventure Oct 2019...the Theater was used for the DL happy hours each night. So there are options that could be used when C&A numbers are high.

If cruises restart and things calm down I might write to someone suggesting this. I think it's a happy medium to you dont have to be all the way to pinnacle to get in, but would relieve crowding.

Adding a couple more drinks like 5 instead of 3 to d+
