When I have had issues in the past, I have been able to get in using my name, birthday and cruise confirmation number. But can't get that option. Not happy!!!! I could not login on Chrome or Firefox (the standard "id or password is incorrect" message) so I changed my password on Chrome. Still could not login but when I used Firefox with the old password I could login. Now I cannot login using either browser (Edge as well) with the old or new passwords. Very frustrating. Well, this morning I'm back to the situation I mention in post #218 - cannot login using any browser using either my old password or the one I changed to yesterday.
