Dinner was Jamie’s last night.

The sunset was spectacular. I was going to do a time lapse but there was nothing firm to stick the camera to. I have already lost one GoPro to the Caribbean Sea so I wasn’t going to sacrifice another.

That being said, the sunset from the restaurant was out of this world. Thank you iPhone 11+ for these photos.  That and whoever cleaned these windows last.

Dinner was really good at Jamie’s, especially when it is Italian food modelled by an Englishman.

That explains this photo. A true Italian food fan will understand the problem with this table setting when soup is not being served. Anyone see the issue? @Ocean Boy will spot it in seconds.

Non traditional Italian short rib. I blame the English crafted chef. 😉

Afterwards we headed to the 70s dance party.

The Captain made another appearance. This time he wasn’t waving like Forest Gump. I think this Captain is more like the Captain from the Captain and Tennille, perhaps in homage of the 70s.

Followed by the “C”. Some are still on the M.

This morning we went to Chops for breakfast. The Windjammer looked busy so we thought we’d take advantage of this suite perk.

Lisa had pancakes (no photos) and I had salmon and a bagel with cream cheese.

I don't remember ever docking on the port side in Labadee. Maybe some sort of crew lifeboat drill happening today or maybe some hull painting? In the past I've seen crew on the dock in ports using rollers on polls to apply paint.

I know. So strange.

They are running traditional drills today as the horns are blowing at occasion. Wait, I just looked over ant the ship and they have swung the starboard life craft out.

A quick shuttle has taken us to paradise, some call Barefoot Beach.

where we can swim with the sea grass, step on coral and have Hornby help with any needs we have today.

View to the beach. We were literally in the water in minutes. It’s hot today. Lisa found her floating ring.

Some of the local fisherman are returning with the catch of the day.

I am new to your live blog (I don't frequent these boards much) but found this as I just booked Mariner of the Seas for next June.  Thanks for all the photos!  This will help me prep for our cruise.  I know it's still a-ways away, but I'm really excited about it.  😎  Looking forward to more of your updates!

I had the Short rib at Jamies on Ovations it was exceptional.  I'm a big steak eater but I'm almost convinced I like Jamies and Giovanni's better than Chops now.

Actually, they double toasted it as requested. I like it a bit crunchier than most. I also like my fries a bit crunchier too.

They don’t have to be nuclear crispy, just have some crunch.

Our Allie just made a visit in spirit to us. We have Spotify on and “Somewhere over the Rainbow” by Israel Kamakawiwoʻole just came on.

For those that have not followed us before on reviews, Allie is our daughter who passed at 2 years of age from health issues she was born with.  This was one of three song played at her funeral.

She often visits us in different ways, and she is with us today. ❤️

I lost my son in 2016.  Our first cruise was the following year.  I was sitting on the pool deck before we left port and a monarch butterfly hung around with me for several minutes.  🙂  Christopher was enjoying the ship too.  So glad Allie visited you.  ❤️
