Considering Aqua class for the Blu restaurant. My DH is a picky eater. Does anyone have some menus he can look at just to get an ideal of selections? There is the everyday chicken, steak or salmon selection. The fitness things in the cabin, spa access, blah, blah, blah are secondary IMHO. We got our requested table every night and could eat whatever we wanted and if we didn’t like the menu we could have anything else. Very nice bread...and pre dinner treats each night. Breakfast is great but no waffles. Not pretentious or ultra fancy food. We def prefer it over Luminae where we were stymied quite a bit, or the mass market mdr. BLU offers great service, I think OP husb will enjoy! only neg is they made not have Prime Rib night dinner...we check out mdr for that! I’m one of the few Live From posters that does not post pictures of menus, drinks or food on my threads, to include the one I currently am posting to. But if someone is interested in looking at the Blu menus on our current Eclipse cruise, that’s easy to do. While some dishes are still on the menus I know that the menus have changed and some items are no longer offered. if you have the app you can look up your ship, then select the current sailing and go to dining. Also, the menu choices were not like they were last year on the Solstice. Very limited dessert menu as well. Plus they were either short staffed or something. It took from 6:30 to 9:00 to get through dining. Just very slow. Cold soups. Cold main dish. The wait times to get seated was 45 minutes. It was really off the mark.
