Not much difference. You have to pick a boarding/health check in time when you do the online or app check in. There is no priority given to boarding except for suites. You watch a muster video on your phone/tablet before boarding, or on your stateroom tv, and then just show up to your muster station to be checked off. Your sea pass is outside your stateroom, no longer given to you at check in.

You cannot turn down the move up if you win it. You might be able to shift cabins, depending on availability. Not sure why you would be unhappy with an obstructed balcony since you don't have one with your original booking.

In our experience the Butler will deliver your order and set the table with place mats.

Except they are not past final payment so if they drop one guest now they get a full refund for him. Even after final payment there is a schedule of how much you lose and when you lose it if one guest cancels. There should not be a problem dropping the 3rd guest. Even though it sleeps 3 it is probably usually booked with 2. (Most cabins can sleep 3.)

When Celebrity first started the Retreat concept I remember reading that minor children traveling in an adjacent cabin would have access to Luminae and the Retreat. They had to be under 18.

If you have the ship, sail date and passenger names you can order it without the booking #. I did it by calling the number and ordering via phone.

Blu is not open for lunch on any day. The only restaurant dining for lunch is the MDR, limited to Concierge Class, and Luminae, limited to suites. Sushi on 5 might be open but it is a specialty restaurant.

I have a Samsung android phone but like the idea of the Apple Air Tags. Has anyone used the equivalent to Air Tags on an android phone? How are they for flying? Do you know where your luggage is? Can you use them on checked luggage? On our last 2 cruises they did not deliver our luggage to our suite in a timely manner, even though we were in a top suite. The Butler had to go looking for it. Would the air tags pinpoint our luggage on the ship? We board our next cruise on NYE and hoping to avoid any issues with luggage delivery. Thanks

No. Would never do it. I like the size of Celebrity's ships and hope they keep it reasonable.

I would stick with cash. Anytime someone has given me a personal care item as a gift it has either gone to Goodwill or into the trash. I imagine the crew is just as picky as I am. With cash they can buy what they need or want, or send it home to their family.

I did an online chat and the agent said it is still showing in my reservation from his end. I'll just wait until the shoreside concierge contacts us and make sure it is straightened out if it continues to show cancelled.

We are in The Retreat so automatically get the premium package. The internet is still showing.

Ours are showing cancelled too on a December 2022 and March 2024, but not the Sept 2023 cruise. I think it is a website issue.

We were on her first sailing as Captain, Summit, 2015 to Canada and were invited to the Captains Table. Her husband was a guest on the cruise.

On Celebrity Edge Class ships with the Infinite balcony the a/c will shut off in the cabin if the window is down and the doors to the balcony are open.

Are you asking about the app? They don't show up there. If you are logged into your account on a computer, spa appointments, excursions, packages, etc show up there. You have to go to the Plan My Cruise section as though you are going to book an excursion. You will see your initials in the top right corner. Click them and you will see order history. If your partner booked independently they will need to log into their account.

I have 3 deterrents to booking too many cruises: Merlot, Chardonnay and Champagne. They limit me to 3 bookings at a time.

Celebrity is not doing a full transit in 2023 or spring 2024 and might not resume this itinerary. So, we booked Beyond for March 2024, partial transit.

In Europe you don't typically need to disembark on turn around day vs a B2B sailing from the US.

You can ask for them in your cabin too.
